"The hotel did not meet my expectations based on the photos and reviews I had seen before my stay. The room was extremely noisy - sounds from the corridor and neighbouring rooms were clearly audible. The worst part, however, was the constant noise from the laundry room, where washing machines ran every evening and throughout the night. Even though the laundry room wasn’t directly adjacent to mine, the noise carried easily and completely ruined my sleep. The room itself was fairly clean, but there were visible signs of previous water damage, including patches of mold on the wall. The bed was acceptable - slightly softer than a typical Japanese mattress, yet still much firmer than what one would expect in most Western hotels. The staff were friendly and spoke basic English, and the breakfast was good, though it lacked variety from day to day. Overall, the hotel feels in need of a thorough renovation. Had I seen realistic photos of my actual room - rather than the polished ones on the website - and known about the persistent noise from the laundry room, as well as from other guests, I would definitely have chosen a different place to stay. "

"Wonderful location and excellent service! My one suggestion would be to offer larger sizes in the yukatas to be more inclusive. Also check the consistency - I asked for the largest size on the first day and it was perfect, the next day they changed it to a smaller size when the room was cleaned, and when I requested the largest size again it was much smaller. I thought it was mis-labeled, but the next one was a little bigger although not entirely comfortable. So they vary a lot in actual size."

"Ett fint hotell med fin takterass men det var mönga småsaker som störde. Dels så fick jag aldrg upp någon strykbräda under hela veckan (många möte o middagar), man fick köa in till frukosten ofta (kaffet var inte så gott o dåligt m bröd), handfatet är i rummet och inte i badrummet o jag lyckades aldrig få bort japanskan på de engelska tv kanlerna. Området är heller inte särskilt roligt. Mest kontor, konferensanläggning och shoppingcenter. Men fint run med fantastisk utsikt, även vid frukosten."

"Rummet var rymligt, men att fem personer delar på tre sängar och tre täcken är inte rimligt. Extra handduk kostade 500yen per dag, vi fick tre handdukar för fem personer. Att bada var krångligt och dyrt. Vattnet var kallt och reglerna många, hoppa inte, skvätt inte, använd inte flytleksak i bubbelpoolen, ät och drick inte vid poolområdet (fast det finns bord och stolar). Men rummen är rena, välstädade och det finns gott om uttag och förvaring. Vänlig personal. Okej frukost. Nära tunnelbana och buss från flyget stannar precis utanför, mycket smidigt. "
