Both my mother, Nazan Andersson, and I always choose Glens Palace whenever we visit Istanbul. It is the best hotel, with the best location, excellent service, and situated on the best street, NiĆantaĆı. I highly recommend Glens Palace to everyone. âMy son and I stayed for 11 days. There are many positive things about Jazz boutique hotel. It's in the middle of downtown with access to all shops around: restaurants, hairdressers etc. The walk is almost flat to add to the convenience. At the hotel you're met with smiley helpful staff who can speak English like Eren. The room was very clean with everything you would need: a safe, a fridge, gair dryer, slippers, toileteries, a kettle with tea, coffee and water bottles that are refreshed on daily...
âVĂ€ldigt fin och ren hotell med bĂ€sta servicen. Personalen var vĂ€ldigt serviceminded och gav mer Ă€n man förvĂ€ntade sig. Hotellet Ă€r placerad mitt i shoppinggata vilket för vĂ„ran del funkade jĂ€ttebra. AvstĂ„ndet till sevĂ€rdigheterna var lagom bĂ„de med bil och Taxi.
Enda negativa med rummet som Ă€ndĂ„ var superior room var garderoben. Det fanns inte mycket plats för att klĂ€derna.â

âGood hotel standard. Friendly staff. Good location, close to Main Street full of restaurants and shopping stores. 5 min to the metro station. The clicking noise from the elevator is the only minus.

âMe and my wife went to Istanbul for a long-weekend trip and hade a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt. The personell that works at the Park Hyatt is very kind and gives very good service. I have stayed at lot of good 5* hotels but this took the price in terms of service, location, friendliness. We are planning to come back within the year. â
âWe stayed there with our little baby , the accommodation was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped but we did not cooked anything. Staff and their service were great. Nice breakfast. Location was also great. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next trip to Istanbul. â

"The hotel was clean and well-maintained, located in a convenient and pleasant area. The lobby, restaurant, and spa facilities were all in good condition and we didnât encounter any issues during our stay.
The staff were generally polite and professional, though a bit more friendliness and smiles would have made the experience warmer. English communication was minimal but manageable. For example, the cleaner spoke very little English but was extremely polite and kind.
The main downside for us was the size of our room, it was quite small, and we had difficulty moving around without bumping into the furniture or our belongings. However, we noticed that other rooms in the hotel appeared to be more spacious.
Overall, we were happy with our stay. It could have been a truly wonderful experience if our room had been a bit larger.
