“An amazing studio on the second floor with a wrap-around deck, close to the beach, and surrounded by bars, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Very responsive and thoughtful host. The apartment is fully equipped, and has beach chairs, towels, boogie board and even hats for your enjoyment. One thing to be aware is there is no AC (as per listing), so the place got a bit warm as the weather was unusually hot for this area. This did not bother us, and we really enjoyed our stay. “Host ghosted us and never provided check in instructions. I finally had to call VRBO who tried 3x and still no response. They made it right and refunded us and then some. Hours later the host sent a cancellation msg stating minimum age requirement not met….um I’m 49! DO NOT BOOK!”

“So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. Also fantastic location to walk to anything you could want or need in Santa Barbara. We can’t wait to stay here again!! ”

“We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to the area and we were so pleased with the location. It was so easy to get to State Street and all of the fun things Santa Barbara has to offer! There is also a B Cycle rack just out the door which made it convenient to jump on a bike and enjoy the city! The accommodations were fresh, clean, and just perfect! We plan to return soon! ”

“Our family came together for my daughter's wedding in Carpenteria. I was looking for a place with space - and this turned out to be a great option. My 88 year old father loves a good sundeck - and this was perfect. He sat outside and enjoyed the ocean view every day. The 3 bedrooms were great - even has 2 king beds! The house is older, so the floors are a little uneven, and it shows some wear, but this does not detract from the stay. The kitchen is modern and the dining table was large enough...

"Bra hotell med bra frukost, trevlig personal, 2 pooler på området. Bilparkering precis utanför. Nära till matställen, bensinstationer, affärer. Kräver dock bil till downtown men där finns många bra Public parkings👍 Hör finns också stort utbud av restauranger och barer. "
