“We had a great relaxing time staying a this Port Charlotte holiday rental. We were comfortable and it was nice to spread out in the multiple bedrooms and living areas. We took the opportunity to visit the town for meals and even a little live traditional music, and enjoyed waking the path along the coastline, complete with multiple rainbows and Highland Coos!”

“No contact from Homeaway regarding getting keys etc. Hours spent on the phone to various "customer service". Found out myself that it was managed by cottages. com. Logged in to their website to find all the information there. Probably spent too much money by booking through Homeaway rather than direct with Cottages. Com. Views were stunning, great location. Lovely gifts upon arrival (best banana cake ever) fresh flowers a lovely touch. Very clean. Missing a couple of things like a bbq and heat...

“The cottage was comfortable and well located in the centre of Bowmore. The bath had not been cleaned before we arrived, so we cleaned it. The communication with VRBO was completely chaotic. We won't be using VRBO again.”

“Located within view of the Bruichladdich Distillery, at the end of a small Cul de sac with a nice garden and great views. Amenities were as advertised, clean, and generally very well equipped. Perfect bolthole for our short Islay whisky trip for our group of 4 friends. A touch on the small side for 4 large men sharing rooms, but it worked and everything went very smoothly. Key collection was simple, TV, Cooker, Fridge etc... all in working order. A nice welcome pack explained some local...
