Om du har en stor familj eller många vänner som kommer tillsammans för en återförening eller golfresa, kommer "Beach Me" vara det perfekta valet på ön. Med sju sovrum har "Beach Me" sängkläder för upp till 16 personer. För att rymma den perfekta stranden semester för en så stor grupp, "Beach Me" har en stor swimmingpool, två vardagsrum, wrap-around däck, biljardbord och sju platt-tv. Bäst av allt, "Beach Me" är bara ett hus bort från stranden och erbjuder många enastående vyer!

Det har skett många uppgraderingar som genomförts på "Beach Me", inklusive plattor över hela nivån, nya skåp, granitbänkskivor, rostfria vitvaror och många nya möbelstycken. Den första våningen i "Beach Me" har fyra sovrum. Tre av dessa sovrum har king size-sängar och den fjärde våningssäng med en tvilling och dubbel. Varje sovrum har ett badrum. Också på första nivån finns denen med ett biljardbord, ytterdäck och tvättstuga. På andra våningen finns tre sovrum. Två av dessa sovrum har king size-sängar med privata badrum. Det tredje rummet har 3 tvillingar (en våningssäng och en singel) med en halv bad av vardagsrummet. Balansen på andra våningen innehåller kök, matsal och vardagsrum och ett rymligt däck med utsikt över poolen.

We just returned from a 4-night/5-day stay at this home. The location was perfect—the beach was just a few minutes away, the views were stunning, and the house itself had so much potential to be an incredible getaway spot. We truly enjoyed our time as a family, especially with the pool and spacious layout that allowed three families to stay comfortably together.That said, given the price we were expecting a higher standard of comfort and upkeep. A few issues made the stay less relaxing than anticipated:Pool: While my toddlers loved swimming, the pool skimmer/ditch was in need of repair and posed a safety concern. We even found an old hard seltzer can in the skimmer, which made us question how well it was cleaned. It would be great if you can touch up the paint in the pool area and replace some of the nails. There were nails that were sticking out that I had to watch out for.Pool Fence is loose. I’m sure many guests have leaned up against it. That should get fixed before someone ends up leaning too far into it and it falls.Kitchen: The kitchen was well-equipped with appliances, which we really appreciated since we cooked often. Supplies were limited: only two kitchen towels (we had to use hand towels from bathrooms for drying), no coffee filters, and very little dish soap for a 4 night stay with multiple families.Pests: On the first floor, one bedroom had dead cow ants, and one was even in the sheets, which we had to change.Dining: Chairs springs are worn / uncomfy

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

My family and I stayed here for a wedding and let me tell you this property was just incredible. The views, the deck, the multiple floors and location was 10/10. Highly recommend for your next trip!

Furniture needs updating. Dining chairs were falling apart. Ice maker was not adequate for enough ice. Decking needed repair. Ants downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped, but iI would not rent this house again.

Great location and plenty of space

We enjoyed our week together! It was great to be so close to the beach and the house had plenty of space for all of us to spread out for remote working and play. While interior was adequate, it needs updating. Chairs and sofa in living area had spots and stains. Decor is dated with many empty hooks on wall for missing pieces. The AC upstairs for two of the rooms was broken for the first two days. Management responded quickly but was still not as cool as rest of house with loud free standing units to supplement.

Great location and lots of space!

We had a great time during our stay. We had a large group of family and friends and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub was an added bonus that everyone enjoyed. I would highly recommend this location for any large groups.

Girls' weekend adaptation

This was a great property location for a beach weekend, regardless of weather or time of year. Even though it was cold and one day very rainy and windy, we had a blast. There was plenty to do in Charleston and in the surrounding area. The house is large enough to have a big group without falling all over each other. Some items need attention, but nothing major. We found the check in process to be seamless. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this location.

Familly holiday

We had a large family group that enjoyed this house from just after Christmas until after the new year. It was a perfect size for the 15 of us, including 6 kids. Everyone had a fabulous time. Just for reference, the pool is not heated. The kids didn't seem to mind since the weather was nice and there was a hot tub to warm up in afterwards. Recommended.

Great vacation home!

This is a beautiful property. The location of bedrooms, all en suite, gave us all privacy while the common areas allowed for easy gatherings indoors and outdoors. The pool and spa were fabulous! And the walk to the beach just at our doorstep. A truly ideal spot.

All good except….

The outdoor BBQ grill caught fire during preheating creating a very dangerous situation. Contacted property mgr. and received prompt attention. Attendant said the grill obviously had not been cleaned prior to our visit. He immediately thoroughly cleaned the grill. Also, 3-4 dining table chairs were on the verge of breaking and a few of the outdoor chairs were unusable.

This home is less than a block from the beach with plenty of deck space to wee and hear the ocean. Spacious inside for a large group of people. Kitchen well appointed. New hot tub a huge bonus! Close to Wild Dunes entrance for great biking and walking. Would highly recommend...

Location is Fabulous!

The location and pool are fabulous! The house itself has lots of deferred maintenance. At check in there was a broken section of deck rail, broken ice maker (we were provided with bagged ice), broken window with very sharp edges, light bulbs out and lots of wear on the walls. For the price, I do not believe that we should have had these issues.

Great views

Rented over Thanksgiving weekend for a party of 11 adults and 4 children. It was a great property and a great price compared to other similar houses. It was off the main road so it was quiet. The views were spectacular and the decks on the house were amazing. The pool was not heated, so we were unable to go in because it was to cold. The interior of the house was nice enough, but clearly a high volume house for rentals. Would recommend!!

The house and location are awesome. Home is well appointed. 3 detractors 1 very minor and 2 major. Minor was no incidental supplies like coffee filters. Sounds incidental but you know you travel all day get in late stay up socializing too long. Get up early cause you didn’t sleep well. You brought coffee and pull out the coffee maker. Search every cupboard and no filters! Arrghh! First time in 6-8 home rentals. Major was morning of our second day the tv service went out. This was during the World Series and college and pro football week. The men of the house were not happy. Management sent the cable guy out. Nice but ineffective. Called emailed and left messages with rental company 3 times during and after our stay and never got a response. Huge Arrggh!!!! Pool was open so the brave in our group swam. Came out smelling of spoiled dishrags. Should have closed it if they were not keeping it fresh and balanced. So we loved the home but Very very very disappointed in the management company. Did I say very disappointed ☹️!??

Truly awesome beautiful home - Loved our stay!!

During our week in the Isle of Palms we had 17 people staying in the home, with some coming and going. The house was truly perfect for a large family group as there was room for all! The kitchen was large and well stocked, only missing covered containers, bedrooms and bathrooms were large and spacious and many. We loved the pool table, decks and most of all loved the pool and closeness to the beach. We actually felt like we had the beach to ourselves on most days. Or course it helped that every single day of our vacation was sunny and beautiful but it also was wonderful to have a home large enough for all! Great week and hope to visit again!!!
