Tre sovrum är utrustade på 3 Twin Oaks. Det stora sovrummet har nyligen renoverats. Den har en king size-säng med platt-TV och ett eget badrum. The house was an easy walk to the beach. Renting a cart from VayKLife made the trek to and from the beach so easy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances and kitchen tools. The large kitchen table was a great place to hang out to play games. The sunroom had a comfy sofa for quiet morning coffee and then in the evening for a quiet movie with the family.

Perfect location for a family vacation. Plenty of room and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The sunroom was our favorite spot when staying in. The community was very quiet which we loved as well! I appreciated how AvantStay provided so many recommendations and options for our stay, and quickly answered any question we had about the property, nearby shops and vendors. This was our first time visiting the area so the recommendations and guidance were very helpful to us. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Covered parking was a nice surprise. The kitchen is small but very well equipped and makes for larger living space. The sun room with comfortable sectional was a favorite. Will definitely stay here again.

Great property

Great property, the sunroom was my favorite place to be. Location is absolutely perfect. Only complaint is that many of the outlets do not work so it was tricky to plug-in, hair dryers, chargers, etc. there was plenty of dishwasher detergent, but only one for laundry. For the price. They could include a couple more. These are little things and will not deter me from rebooking!

Short spring break trip

Came here for a last minute spring break trip with the family. House was very clean and roomy. Neighborhood was quiet which was perfect for us. The living room area was great and had plenty of space to watch the ACC Tournament with everyone.

Great location, has everything you need, close to beach

There were 6 of us. 4 adults and 2 teens. The house had everything we needed except beach gear, which was explained prior to arrival. Kitchen has everything, though if you plan to eat at the house, I’d take an extra set of dish towels. If there are more than 4 people staying, I’d plan on taking some toilet paper as well. Only a few rolls provided. Overall, fantastic house and location of you plan to spend a lot of time at the beach.

Excellent location-well kept property!

Twin Oaks delivered just as advertised. close to everything, modern, well accommodated, absolutely everything you need in the kitchen. The back sunporch and lower deck are fantastic. We even enjoyed playing a round of ping-pong and corn hole under the deck.

Love this house

The layout of this home is perfect for family vacation. Master bedroom is on one side and the two smaller bedrooms is on the other. There is a large sun room that has separate AC in the rear that is perfect for the kids to hang out.

Our vacation in Charleston was just what we needed. After so many months of Covid lockdown, and working against all odds as a nurse, my family’s stay at Twin Oaks was perfect. From the moment we placed our deposit on the residence to the moment we locked the door on our final day, everything was perfect. The unit was absolutely spotless, exquisitely decorated and the kitchen well stocked. The location had easy access to the beach and the pool, with added delight of deer sighting in the driveway. We even enjoyed a visit to the sights in Charleston, all within a 30 minute drive. Oh yeah…The weather could not have been better!

Beautiful cottage - great stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Twin Oaks. Check-in and Check-out couldn’t have been easier. The cottage was very clean with new furnishings and linens - importantly the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have the extra sunroom/tv room to gather in, and we could grill out on the deck. Best of all was the ping pong table. We had access to the new Wild Dunes pool which is just a block away and the beach was two blocks away. The beaches are so clean, plenty of room to spread out and the waves weren’t too big for our little boy. Thanks again for the great family vacation.

Perfect Beach Cottage

Of all the beach houses/condos we have stayed in at various locations over the last 10 years, this was by far our favorite. It looks to be fairly recently remodeled/updated. The layout of the bedrooms is perfect to cut down on noise. We really loved the back deck area. The cottage was very clean and the color scheme makes it feel very chill & relaxed. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t lack on anything. The bonus room (closed in sunroom) was everyone’s favorite room. That sectional is the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on. In fact, I fell asleep on it multiple times! I would definitely recommend this cottage & would stay again if we find ourselves going back to Charleston.

Great Location and Lovely Beach Rental

This was our 13th summer vacation on IOP and we have stayed at several Wild Dunes properties over the years. 3 Twin Oaks was one of our favorites so far. The house location and layout was perfect. The decor was lovely and the house had several nice updates. We very much enjoyed having the garages to keep our car and gear out of the sun, and we had much fun playing table tennis and cornhole right at the house. Another plus was that there were excellent and clear rental instructions, as well as outlet and device markings. One of the nicest features was the excellent dual A/C system which kept the whole house at roughly the same and a nice and consistent temperature. My only critiques, and these are very, very minor, are 1) that there was wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms and sunroom and we prefer hardwood or vinyl due to allergies, and 2) the sunroom sectional was too soft. Overall I would consider this a 5 star rental and would consider renting it again. Thank you to the owner's for sharing your lovely beach home with us!

Perfect for a family!

This property was perfect! It was recently upgraded throughout and had plenty to do with the ping pong table, cornhole and the books and games. The location was perfect as well, being a short walk or bike ride away everything Wild Dunes has to offer. I will be back here when I visit my family again!

Excellent!

This was our second stay at 3 Twin Oaks this year. We can’t fault it. Perfect in so many ways and extremely comfortable.. and clean! A short stroll from the beach and steps away from the outdoor heated pool. Corn hole, ping pong table, board games and Netflix to keep us entertained when not out enjoying the beach and surrounding area. We hired bikes with our beach credit and regularly cycled down to the Marina. There was a lot of restaurants closed within Wild Dunes due to Covid I’m assuming , or maybe time of year but we didn’t mind as we wanted to keep to ourselves. Harry Teethers is a very good grocery store just a 5 minute drive away and we also had take out from the delightful obstinate daughter on Sullivan’s Island. Don’t hesitate to book here, it’s just fab and so relaxing.

Great Get Away

We enjoyed the house and all the puzzles and games. Short 5 minute walk to the beach and the playground and other Wild Dunes amenities. There is construction of a hotel happening nearby which should be complete in spring 2021. You do hear associated noises but it wasn’t disruptive. We would stay again!

Great updated unit

We stayed for five nights with our 3 kiddos. Super clean upon arrival, great floor plan, seemingly newly updated. We would really recommend. The kitchen was very well outfitted for a family.

Had the best beach week!

House was clean and perfect for our family! The pool is super close and I loved the bike/run trail. Kids loved the ping pong table and separate tv room with comfy couch while adults had separate area to sit and chat. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far but the cut through street was busy with traffic at times. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great place for families

Our twin oaks stay was amazing! It was clean and spacious and the closed in sunroom was a great hang out area for the kids as well as the parents. The only down side was the long walk to the beach. We also did not get to experience any of the pools because of the pandemic. Overall this was a great vacation!

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at 3 twin oaks lane. Aside from the resort amenities being closed due to Covid, everything was great. The house was clean, updated, and very beachy! We had 3 small children with us and the walk to both the beach and swim center (with all their gear!) was very easy. The additional room was the perfect place for the kiddos to watch movies at night while the adults played cards in the dining room!
