“Fantastic place totally out of the ordinary. Five-star attention by the staff made us feel welcome from the start. Great romantic room and Full English breakfast served at the table. We had dinner in the cosy restaurant with a menu leaning heavily on seafood, for obvious reasons. After a walk along the seafront we came back for a coffee in the nice pub-part of the restaurant. Our room (404) had total sea view and we could see Portsmouth across the sound. We'll come back next time we're in the...

“Lovely place to stay , Carol was brilliant, I am vegetarian but she made sure I had a proper breakfast, my husband had a full English everyday which he said was excellent. Room lovely and clean with nice comfortable bed , great shower too . Welcoming couple . Would definitely go back.”

All the little details were perfect - from the cosy, well equipped bedroom and the spacious, clean bathroom to the delicious breakfast and friendly, homely feeling throughout. They offered us lifts to and from the ferry, which was so kind and also accommodated our slightly later breakfast time. We will 100% stay here again next time we’re on the Isle of Wight. ”
