“Location was great. Close to Rockland, Camden State Park, Port Clyde,Tenants Harbor General Store, Laite Memorial beach in Camden great place to let dogs run.Thomaston park on the old prison grounds was close for daily dog runs.The Hosts were excellent and responded right away. Bring pet friendly added to our memories. Only thing we needed to do was air it out ”

“This place is very clean and the rooms are large.
I enjoyed the walk down to the water, which is close by.
Kitchen was well stocked.
I, too, felt a railing on the stairs would be helpful.
I am new to the Vacasa connection, so that took some learning, but all went well.

“Road noise, even with ear plugs, was a lot. Did not like having thermostat control. Host was responsive to remote temperature change request. The curtains and lack of curtains allow in too much light from passing cars and the sun. The bed was smaller than I expected. However it was mentioned in the description. The home itself was very beautiful and cozy. Nice view. Loved the books and board games available in the home. You can tell the host takes pride in their property. ”

“Everything was clean, well-equiped, well-labeled. Communication with hosts was quick and helpful.Beds very comfortable, and couch in living room too.Salty Cape notebook gave good recommendations for dining out and other attractions, as well as detailed instructions for check-in and check-out.The kitchen had everything one might need for preparing an eating-in dinner. The fridge had a few essentials at the ready (eggs, butter, english muffins. Easy to walk around town; two great museums. ”

“I stayed here with my mom, and it was a fun experience. We loved the animals the sheep, goats, and alpacas. The lounge area was nice too. Our dome was very cool, the beds comfortable, it was a bit cool in there to walk around but we were warm at night. The only negative was the housekeeping could have been better.”
