“We had a lovely stay in this quiet, comfortable one bedroom condo. It's very close to the Convention Center and a short walk from Capitol Hill. Good bus and train connections nearby allowed us not to have a car. We were only in town for three nights, so we didn't really cook much. But the kitchen seemed well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. We would stay here again if we were to be in Seattle.”

“Communication was great, the location was very central to everything, the place was clean and they even left snacks! The only issue was how loud it is when anyone is moving around on the floor above. This is obviously not something the owners can control and the upstairs neighbors were not doing anything crazy, but every step they took make the floor creak and was extremely loud!”

“There are a few things that I would encourage the host to consider changing for future visitors--The listing says "Onsite Parking", which led me to assume that there was a dedicated spot. This one was of the main reasons I went with this listing because parking in downtown Seattle is huge. However, the parking is actually street parking that is metered and open to all. I would change the listing or change the price of the condo; paying for parking and paying for the price of the condo is not...

“The location was great. The building was safe and secure. Having an indoor parking spot was a bonus. The room was as described. There were portable air conditioning units rather than central air. The first night was hot. I would make sure the air is working if I was staying during the summer months. ”

“This rental had all the essential and was an ideal location for going to a Kraken game. The parking spot included was clutch! ”
