Location! Location! Location! Walkable (1/2 mile) to the Space Needle and Chihuly Glass and Garden (our favorite). Just over 1/2 mile to Pikes Place Market. About a mile to the ferry terminal. The unit was a nice size for two people. If you plan on doing a lot of meals in the unit, the kitchen was sparse with cooking utensils. Our host responded quickly to our questions and since the unit was ready to go, allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated!

There are a few things that I would encourage the host to consider changing for future visitors--The listing says "Onsite Parking", which led me to assume that there was a dedicated spot. This one was of the main reasons I went with this listing because parking in downtown Seattle is huge. However, the parking is actually street parking that is metered and open to all. I would change the listing or change the price of the condo; paying for parking and paying for the price of the condo is not reasonable. -It would be great if the host sent over check-in and parking information without being asked.

We were excited to stay with a super host rated, downtown located stay for our trip. On arrival, the first thing we see is dirty towels scattered around the bathroom in front of us. We continued to reluctantly search the space, as we were not sure if someone was still in the space, which as young woman was quite unnerving. From there we found garbage in all receptacles, almost all bedding and towels dirty, and hair and dirt on the floors. We couldn’t reach the host for 40 mins, (which the area code was wrong in vrbo app, luckily I figured out there was a few extra numbers and finally got the right number) which at that time we had already started vacuuming and cleaning ourselves. Our host, which I do sympathize for, didn’t provide much assistance. Cleaners used by host were not available to come until following day, which would not be helpful and would displace us on one of the busiest weekends of the year. As If this wasn’t bad enough the floors were buckled and very uneven. You’re located right under the sky train, and is super loud and very bright at night. With car lights waking you up as it illuminates the bedroom and living room. The host said she would refund the cleaning fee, and asked if this was fair. Which I replied no. A cleaning fee is for after we leave as to clean our mess not someone else’s. The Host really dropped the ball and after trying to contact to resolve privately, which she requested, has avoided any further communication.

The place was in a fantastic location. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a great option for bringing our family and being able to wash clothes and cook meals. Our host was great with communication and very kind. We couldn’t recommend this place more.

This place was close to everything! We were really only in the room to sleep because there was so much to do in the city! This place was central to everything we wanted to do. It’s right next door to a cute coffee shop with delicious donuts too! Super plus!!

The condo was in a good location near pike place and downtown which was nice but if you are renting a car beware the only “parking on site” is pricey lots nearby or metered street parking which was also expensive. It was clean and good other than the hassle of parking, it’s a garden unit so kinda dark and can be loud but worked well for our trip.

Good location, and walkable to a number of attractions. Only downside was access to the property. You have to go up a number of steps, and then down a full flight of steps, which was is not easy with heavy bags, or mobility issues. This perhaps needs to be spelt out in the property description.

Perfect location to see the sites in Seattle. Host was very responsive and let me know ahead of time that the dryer was not working. We were able to drop our bags off early and go to lunch and place was cleaned by 3 pm check in time. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Seattle in the future.

Perfect size for visitors coming to sightsee. Has amenities needed. Kitchen, dishwasher, washer dryer etc. Location is walkable from public transport and to tourist sights or taking monorail, light rail, bus or Uber or Lyft etc. Based on rates we saw for other locations, this is worth it. Helpful and understanding owner.

Condo Ok. Nothing fancy. Just the basics. Listing needs to state no a/c and no ventilation or fresh air in this basement unit. No bathroom fan & unit can be hot and stuffy. Be prepared for a lot of noise at night, from racing loud cars and police sirens at all hours. Fire station is around the block & you will hear it. Location is very good and walkable if you don't care about a good nights sleep. Was informed of issues in condo after the fact.

Apartment # 1

The apartment was very clean when I arrived. Dropping off my bags before check-in time helped me find parking and avoid carrying them far. The kitchen has the very basics needed, but it suffices. The neighborhood was noisy, but it is in the heart of the city, so that was expected. There is an excellent breakfast spot directly across the street and Hot Pot Donuts next door. I was able to walk to the market, the Space Needle, and the Giant Ferris wheel. The price was right and I would stay here again.

Great place to stay. It's a little noisy but for a few day trip it's not bad at all. The surrounding area is very walkable. There's a great coffee shop just outside of the building too! My partner and I drove here in their car and didn't have to use it once besides leaving at the end of our trip. The room is very clean as well. It has everything you'll need for a short stay.
