I am a Silver member, and according to your VIP benefits, it states that VIP members may receive free breakfast. Because of this, I did not include breakfast when I made my booking, assuming it would be included as part of the VIP benefit. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that breakfast was not included, and I had to pay for breakfast for two days for two people, which cost 795 SEK. This was disappointing, as the information on your website led me to believe that free breakfast was included for VIP members. "Our stay at Elite World Grand was overall lovely, the hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful interior. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast, it was truly wonderful, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that we looked forward to every morning. The only downside was the experience before arrival. We had contacted the hotel to help us arrange a taxi from the airport, and although they initially responded, the communication eventually stopped completely. We were left without clear information and had to arrange a taxi on our own last minute, which was quite stressful after a long trip. That said, once we arrived, everything went smoothly and we had a pleasant stay. With just a bit more consistency and follow-through in their guest communication, especially before check-in, the hotel could offer an even more seamless experience. "

"Rent och snyggt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi skulle bo fem nätter men då jag blev sjuk blev det förlängt. De har kommit med extra vatten och handdukar till rummet och bara varit hjälpsamma. Maffig utsikt från bar/restaurang på toppvåningen. Tyvärr var polen där stängd pga årstiden. Inte testat spa. Filminspelning ett par dagar av vår vistelse då det blev lite trångt i lobby, bar och kring entren men det störde inte mycket."
