âHar varit pĂ„ mĂ„nga olika hotell, men aldrig haft en sĂ„n bra service! Fantastiskt personal pĂ„ alla sĂ€tt, vĂ€ldigt hjĂ€lpsamma nĂ€r man behövde nĂ„tt. Hotellet va fantastiskt, rent och fint.
Grym frukost och middag! Finns verkligen inget negativt sÀga om hotellet eller personalens!

Hotelet ligger nÀra allt kan man sÀja ,flygplatsbuss Àr 100 meter frÄn hotelet och taksim torget lika nÀra.

âLovely little hotel near everything in the center of Istanbul! Nice staff. Fantastic roof terass which serves as a restaurant in the summer. The interior is beautifully old fashion, furniture and room components of high genuine quality, well taken care of. Breakfast is okay. We didnât try the restaurant but it looked nice and the meny was rich. A perfect hotel for a city holiday! â

âI dont know where to begin.. This hotel with the people and service are top class! 10/10!!! Every time we needed something the staff came and helped us, they were available 24/7 for us. The location, the rooms are perfect - in the heart of Taksim and close to everything in Istanbul.
We will without a doubt book this hotel again. We have been to several hotels in Istanbul these past years and this one is by far the best on all categories. Thank you for everything <3 â
âEtt mycket trevligt litet hotell med personlig service och hĂ€rlig atmosfĂ€r. Om du gillar mindre hotell utan trĂ€ngsel Ă€r detta ett perfekt val. Fin liten terass högst upp som det Ă€r hĂ€rligt att vila upp sig efter en trĂ€ngsel pĂ„ Istiklal. Redan inbokad igen!
Ett plus Ă€r hotellet ligger nĂ€ra flygbussen frĂ„n flygplatsen, ca 5 minuters promenad. â

âExtremely friendly staff! We were extremely well taken care of, especially by Mahdi, that worked during nighttime. The other staff were also very accommodating and ensuring that our stay was good!
Rooms are okay, quite small. Good if they are only to be used for sleeping but not for a family to also have space to socialize indoors. Unfortunately there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, that came from the drains. The sheets were clean but I could see that the blanket, mattress and...

"The hotel was clean and well-maintained, located in a convenient and pleasant area. The lobby, restaurant, and spa facilities were all in good condition and we didnât encounter any issues during our stay.
The staff were generally polite and professional, though a bit more friendliness and smiles would have made the experience warmer. English communication was minimal but manageable. For example, the cleaner spoke very little English but was extremely polite and kind.
The main downside for us was the size of our room, it was quite small, and we had difficulty moving around without bumping into the furniture or our belongings. However, we noticed that other rooms in the hotel appeared to be more spacious.
Overall, we were happy with our stay. It could have been a truly wonderful experience if our room had been a bit larger.

"Jag bodde i ett annex till sjĂ€lva hotellet, fick en överraskande winter garden som vardagsrum typ. Mysigt med alla katter som sprang pĂ„ glastaket đž. Rummet var helt och rent men ingen extra lyx. Som hemma ungefĂ€r. SĂ€ngen funkade för mej, men kanske inte för alla som vill ha en hĂ€stens. Personalen var trevlig och hjĂ€lpsam. Frukosten lite enklare men god och fullt tillrĂ€cklig. Mycket turkiska bönröror, kaffemaskinen kunde starkt kaffe đȘ. Jag Ă„kte off-season sĂ„ betalade ganska lite för 5 nĂ€tter. NĂ€rheten till Taksim och gatulivet nĂ„gra minuter bort. "It was a horrible stay and I couldnât sleep they have construction in the building I donât recommend it very louad noises all day I extended stayed more bcz I couldnât sleep I was so tired to change hotel but then I gave up and moved it was horrible Turkish airlines building a head office their next door or floor down I donât know exactly but itâs horrible for the price of 300 euro a night it s not worth it they should pay me for the horrible 2 days I stayed their it was my worst experience when it comes to hotel and I had a freind book the same hotel he was also disappointed "
