En underbar, helrenoverat, tre sovrum hus direkt på Cayuga Lake men bara några minuter från centrala Ithaca. Vårt hus har en fantastisk sjöutsikt, en modern planlösning och vacker, high-end konstruktion och detaljer. Speciella funktioner inkluderar en stenad inför öppen spis, slående bred planka golv och modernt kök med alla nya, moderna apparater. Första våningen badrum och rum. På övervåningen du kommer att vara nöjd med befälhavaren svit med mer underbar utsikt över sjön. Uppfart är nära till ytterdörren. Privat fasad och brygga. Kajaker, kanot. Snabbt internet service med wifi, A / C, tvättmaskin torktumlare, två HD-TV, DVD-spelare, gas spis, vinkyl.

Skäl att hyra detta hus:

1) Dess direkt på Cayuga sjön med fantastisk utsikt från däck och brygga, nära vingårdar, och även bara 5 minuter från centrala Ithaca restauranger och shopping, och mindre än 15 min. från högskolor.

2) Det är helt nyrenoverad, modern och väl byggd. Möblerna är vackra och nya.

3) Du kan köra nästan att göra ytterdörren, ingen större trappa till huset (som är vanligt på Cayuga Lake). Du måste dock kunna trehjulig och säker på foten. Det finns en väg med en rad konkreta åtgärder.

4) Det finns 2. 5 badrum, alla med nya glas kakel och vackra detaljer.

5) Två kajaker på fastigheten, en kanot, privat brygga.

6) Huset är stort nog för två familjer att dela. Vi har 3 sovrum och en bonus rum (med bäddsoffa), plus en bäddsoffa med minne skum madrass i vardagsrummet. Vi tillåter upp till 10 vuxna och ytterligare 4 barn, för totalt 14 gäster.

At a previous stay at a different location whenwe arrived things were not like the pictures on line. When we arrived here everything was just like it was described and what the pictures showed.........even better. It was my 4 sisters and myself that enjoyed those 2 days. If the only thing we could complain about is the need for new toilet seats and moving the toilet paper closer then you know the home was near perfect.

Stayed for 3 nights with friends. Beautiful house with a great view of and access to the lake. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable for sleep. We made use of the grill and the various outside seating.The only downside was the early morning rowing team practice that was easily heard with the way sound travels across water.

We had a short, but lovely stay. The house was spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the lake. Great communication with the host. We appreciated the notes taped up around the house with info/instructions for various things, like how to lock certain doors, or the contents of each kitchen cabinet/drawer. We were there during winter and parked in the upper parking area given the snow. There is a long staircase from the upper lot, which is clearly communicated in the posting, so we knew to expect it. We actually enjoyed the walk down. It is not handicap or stroller accessible though. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Our stay was too short, but everything was just what we needed and expected. Super clean, right on the lake. Upper parking lot on a busy road but we didn't hear any of that from the house. Many thanks for sharing this beautiful home with us!

We booked a quick trip, last minute for our kids' fall break and could not have been more thrilled with this property. The house is beautiful and the views you just have to see for yourself. It is so peaceful and serene. We loved the decks and sitting on the dock. I can't say enough about the property itself which was very nicely decorated and very clean. Aside from the house itself, the location is my favorite in the area. You are right on the lake which is so quiet, but you are also a quick drive to Ithaca & Cornell campuses. We went to Taughannock Falls and Ithaca Falls on this trip. It is very close to Treman also , but we ran out of time. There are great restaurants/wineries/breweries close by, but have to come back for a longer trip. From someone who books often on VRBO, we LOVED this place. Also, dog friendly and we brought our dog everywhere with us!

The house is on a busy street. You must drive to get anywhere including somewhere to walk your dog. The house is lovely and well maintained. There is a rusty pipe under the corner of the dock that one of us cut themselves on while swimming in the lake and the steps leading into the lake are very slippery

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful cottage that had every amenity you would ever need. It was only a mile from Cass Park with a very expansive dog park so we could let the dog get his exercise. We will hopefully be back to Ithaca next year. So relaxing!

This is a beautifully appointed and well maintained home, with dock and two level large (new) wooden deck right on the lake on a quiet stretch of road just outside of Ithaca (so close to everything in town). The large windows give ample natural light and provide stunning lake views to the large kitchen/living area and the primary bedroom. The spacious deck with ample, quality deck furniture was great for enjoying the view and fresh air, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Everything seemed very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely look for this home for a future stay in Ithaca.

My adult daughters and I stayed at this beautiful lake house and highly recommend it to families or groups of friends looking for an upscale home with all the amenities. The house is gorgeous! Spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the huge shower with the bench and skylight, the porch swing, the double kayak, the comfy deck chairs and the kitchen that had everything including a toaster oven, wine fridge, mini drink fridge, blender and coffee maker among other things. Of course being right on the water with a private dock was the bomb. The view from the master bedroom was stunning. Seeing the sunrise laying in a super comfy bed was so relaxing. We loved the layout of the house because we could gather for meals and games comfortably in the large living room but there were plenty of spaces to have individual quiet time as well with the extra downstairs den and two story wraparound deck. The lake is very easy to navigate in the kayaks and canoe provided. We loved how active the lake is with families using a wide variety of boats. It was fun to sit on the dock or deck and watch the fun and the water fowl. So many ducks, gulls and loons! A special bonus was the friendly rooster and chicken couple that visited throughout the day. They were so cute the way they hung out together and roamed around clucking and peeking in the door! 😆 Our host, Carolyn, was super responsive and answered our questions within minutes. Wonderful experience in Ithaca! Loved it!

This was our 2nd time staying here (the first time in 2020). The location is perfect to both Ithaca and Trumansburg, the updated deck is just gorgeous, and the easy access to the lake with the kayaks and canoe make the stay even more relaxing. We absolutely love it here with the space, sleeping arrangements, and amenities this home has to offer. Thank you again for providing a home away from home!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed a few nights on the banks of Cayuga Lake, while being very close to Ithaca and surrounding natural areas of interest. We loved the warm wood floors and overall timeless character of the home. Great views of the lake including awesome master bedroom views as well. The outdoor stairs and decking all appeared recently updated and provided good access to the dock and water. We had pretty decent weather to fish a bit off the dock with the kids, but it was too chilly to get out in the lake. Communication with Carolyn was quick and very helpful. The house was very clean and well maintained. Two local spots we enjoyed were Buttermilk Falls and Taughannock Gorge (and we would have loved nearby Watkins Glen had we come when the gorge trail was open). Overall, we all enjoyed it here and would definitely book again.

A lot of thought is put into making guests comfortable in this great Ithaca location. This house has everything you need for an awesome stay at the lake. The layout of the house makes the most of the lake views and everything is comfortable and well-maintained. Hope we can go back again soon!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house with our family and another family during a ski weekend to Greek Peak. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked, the bedrooms were spacious, and it was very comfortable. The deck and views over the lake are incredible - we hope to be back in the summer to enjoy the warm weather amenities! The property manager was very responsive and kind. Definitely recommend this place!

Lovely view, lovely sunrises, nice house. The kitchen was well equipped, even with really sharp knives, which seems to be a rarity these days.
