Hotell nära Itmad-ud-Daulahs grav

“Det var kaos vid frukosten. Servicenivå var katastrof i restaurangen. ”

“Bra hotell i Agra, nära till Taj Mahal”

“Awesome”

“Room pretty neet but fresh blood stains on my towel. Got a new one next day. Wondering what else was not washed.. No Windows to room. Very loud noises occassionally during the night. Always bring earplugs! Restaurant upstairs was very nice with good food and service. Although very loud music even during day time. Door guys very nice. ”

“Centrally located hotel, 2 minutes walk from the Taj Mahal gate. Friendly owner!”

“The hotel has a lot of history. The rooms can be better maintained - but definitely great experience just because of the history it carries”

“Great location for visiters to the Taj Mahal. Walking distance even in very warm weather. Breakfast on the sister-hotel on the opposite side of the road, good selection of items on the menu. The electricity and wifi were rather shaky due to thunderstorms.”

“入口は分かりにくいです。 朝の9:00に到着して、すぐに部屋に案内してもらえました！ 「タージ・マハルが見える部屋を用意したよ〜」と、とても素晴らしい眺めで、同じ階のカフェからも真正面💕 なのですが、夜のカフェでは大音量で音楽をながすので、部屋に居てもうるさくて… 音に敏感な私には苦手でした。 気にしない人には、タージ・マハルの西門に3分ほど、周りにはショップもたくさんあるので、良いと思います。”

“everything as described ”

“The staff members were kind, giving us free water bottles. But the room was really dirty, noisy, the AC worked partially, the area was not reccomendable. The pictures on the booking webside did not look like the room itself, as the room was terrible and dirty. Don’t reccomend it!”

“Rummet var sisådär. Duschen fungerade inte, väldigt ofta var det delvis strömavbrott, inget riktigt fungerande wi-fi, toaletten spolade inte riktigt och lyhört. Om du tågluffar är detta ett bra boende beläget nära stationen. Personalen är väldigt attentive. Ringer och knackar på morgonen, håller på så tills klockan är fyra. Men den enda hotellpersonalen i Indien som var hjälpsam upplevde jag.”

“We had booked our room on Expedia and paid in full and when we arrived at the property, they told us that they had never gotten paid from Expedia and that We would have to pay out-of-pocket for another room. I asked if they would honor the same price and they said yes, but the room that we had booked did not have air condition And we would have to pay double the price for a room with air condition. We originally booked a room with air condition as per Expedia website. So basically they are...

“I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of...

“Very bad . Avoid to visit this "hotel" . They are thieves and charging a lot of money for dirty room (bed sheets , bathroom )which is total differnt than fotos .also a lot of crowd from the road. Holes on the walls ,not hair dryer . We stayed only for one night and didnt use the bathroom cause it was very dirty. everything was really bad . Its very bad for hotels platform to have this hotel in them platform. Normally is for full refund cause i m good client in this platform”
