“One of the worst star properties we have been to. The maintenance of the rooms is extremely poor. Smoking and non smoking rooms are in the same floor in front of each other which makes the corridors smell of smoke all the time. The faucets in the bathroom had leaks and moulds. Extremely dirty carpets. The bartenders do not remember what order they had received. For the same price and even lower one can book Taj properties which are extremely wonderful and have professional and helpful...

“Det var kaos vid frukosten. Servicenivå var katastrof i restaurangen. ”

“Bra hotell i Agra, nära till Taj Mahal”

“Room pretty neet but fresh blood stains on my towel. Got a new one next day. Wondering what else was not washed.. No Windows to room. Very loud noises occassionally during the night. Always bring earplugs! Restaurant upstairs was very nice with good food and service. Although very loud music even during day time. Door guys very nice. ”

“Got really badly bitten by flees or lice at this hotel, cannot say if it was an unlucky anomaly or if the hotel has poor routines regarding cleanliness. Could count 20 bites only on my left shoulder. Hotel shuts down the AC at night which led to a too hot room when sleeping. Food in the restaurant was nice, in house massage-service was also good. The room had what is needed for a single night sleep over, firm nice bed. It is really too bad about the bed bugs I suffered, otherwise it is an...

“Centrally located hotel, 2 minutes walk from the Taj Mahal gate. Friendly owner!”

“Good air conditioning. Very helpful.”

“Great location for visiters to the Taj Mahal. Walking distance even in very warm weather. Breakfast on the sister-hotel on the opposite side of the road, good selection of items on the menu. The electricity and wifi were rather shaky due to thunderstorms.”

“When we got our room there were no towels in the room. The bedsheet looked dirty. They had red stains. I requested them to change it. The new ones didnt look so clean either but were better than the first one. When we were checking out they said we ordered breakfast so we have to pay extra when we did not order anything. Although till the end they found out that we actually didnt order anything. But the management should be good at their job. Because they asked me to just pay extra and did...

“Nothing is good about this property other than the location. Definitely a NO for families with kids.”

“everything as described ”

“The staff members were kind, giving us free water bottles. But the room was really dirty, noisy, the AC worked partially, the area was not reccomendable. The pictures on the booking webside did not look like the room itself, as the room was terrible and dirty. Don’t reccomend it!”

“Had a really nice 1-night stay here. Max himself was friendly and helpful and the room was small but good for the price. Would definitely be back again”
