“A good hotel, but several people at the reception were impersonal and only responded to things related to the accommodation. However, two people were fantastically good, Kubra and Alperen. They helped me arrange a hammam bath and we had nice conversations. Likewise, several people in the restaurant were very nice.”

“Excellent location but expect that you will suffer if you walk to the hotel from the metro station with heavy baggage (due to cars parking on the pavements). A variety of restaurants and shopping malls are within walking distance. Nice and friendly housekeeping service and daily cleaning of the room. Do not though expect the same service for breakfast since the woman working there is not guest-friendly. I had to stop communicating with her because of her rude attitude (and my unwillingness to...
