âWe loved this hotel itâs not in the heart of the hustle and bustle but it was close to the train station and some dining. It was about a 15mins walk to the Tokyo Tower. The room we had had two beds and a bunk bed with a small dining table area perfect for our family of 4 enough space for our luggage and still walk around. Staff here was very friendly and spoke some English. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. â

âMe and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was very good with both western and asian style food. Complementary drinks during breakfast and between 17-20 o'clock was much appreciated.
The staff was very helpful and always got us what we needed and asked for.
The view from our room was just amazing and everything was always kept clean with all the amenities you could think of.

âThe self check-in is not practical since there is always a staff member standing next to you anyway.
When the aircon started there was a smell of urine in the room.
I asked the staff if I could leave my bags upon checkout and was grudgingly pointed in the direction of a self service luggage system which would not work for either me or the Japanese speaking guests who tried to use it. We were ignored by the staff and I eventually left with my bags to find a deposit locker elsewhere.

âThe Prince Park Tower Tokyo was absolutely magnificent. Everything, from the warm welcome to the fantastic breakfast (we tried both the Japanese and the Western and as we had it in our room a rolling table was delivered at our selected time) was astonishing but what baffled us the most was the impeccable service we received from everyone at the hotel.
This is clearly a hotel where the management knows how to run a successful operation.

"Very central location, close to all the flagship stores in Ginza. Friendly staff. Good selection of amenities to bring to the room from reception."

"Bra hotel med trevlig utsikt mot Tokyo Tower, nÀra tunnelbanan och taxi stod alltid redo utanför. Frukosten va dÄlig och oorganiserad. Vi Ät pÄ sushirestaurangen som fanns och den var riktigt bra.
