We booked this house in the summer without knowing anything and we were very happy we did. The house was close to town and nicely furnished. The downstairs was perfect for our family with 2 young children and the upstairs master was nice and private. Kitchen was good and we cooked dinner several nights. The porch was nice to sit out in the cool weather. The property management team did a really good job as the house was very clean and ready ahead of the 4 o’clock check in. Overall a great spot and we would rent again.

Great home base for exploring Story Land, Mount Washington Valley

An intergenerational group ages 3 to 75 greatly enjoyed staying at this very tidy and spacious mountain home. The rainy weather on Saturday afternoon were not a problem with plenty of room for everyone to relax, do a puzzle, play some records, cook food, and enjoy each others' company. The kitchen in particular was very well appointed. Thank you for having us in your wonderful home!

Idyllic woodland setting

Beautiful property with mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking. Plentiful bedrooms and baths and a wonderful open layout. Location near Storyland and restaurants. It was perfect.

Perfect White Mtn. Home

Wonderful home with plenty of room for a week's stay. Beautifully decorated and everything you need for cooking meals. A trail behind the house was fun to explore and the sound of the creek was so calming. We hope to return since we love Jackson. We've rented many properties in the area and this one wins hands down!

Beautiful renovated property with great views

The property was gorgeous and extremely clean. It was perfect for our short stay. Would recommend adding blinds or curtains since the sun is quite strong and blinding. There is no central air unfortunately, but the 2 portable ACs provider did a decent job cooling the house.

White Mountains vacation

Great time!!

This house was as advertised. It was clean and had plenty of space. I have 5 children, 12 yrs and under, and at times it was like they were not there. The house is conveniently located to all the area has to offer. I will recommend this home, and have not doubt, I'll rent it again!!

Wonderful Jackson Home

We loved our stay at this home! It was spacious for our family of six and very, very clean. We especially loved the large kitchen table where we had fun playing games. The views from the windows are beautiful and the screened in porch was a great place to relax. We would return in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

Best vacation houses we have rented (and we have rented MANY). If this unit is available, rent it - you will be so happy you did. Beautiful furnishings and decor. Extremely comfortable. Spacious. Every amenity is provided. Listing is very accurate. This is not a cabin, but rather an amazing home. Perfectly situated in Jackson. 2mins from Jackson Falls.

Relaxing and Beautiful!

This house was incredible. My absolute dream home in every way. Everything was set up so perfectly for us, with extra special details like puzzles, games and record albums for us to enjoy. The stone patio with fire pit was a perfect way to end each day. We will definitely come back in the future!

Amazing

This home is better than the pictures can describe. Very clean, comfortable and offers high end amenities like top line stove and plush towels. Lots of space for couples, children, etc. Several visits from a rather large black bear in the mornings were thrilling! We will definitely return and stay longer.

A week of hiking in late June

We had a great week of hiking and enjoyed our stay so much — A very beautiful home, Great layout, lots of amenities and comforts of home. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Could definitely sleep 8. We really enjoyed our stay with one big caveat. It’s important to note this home has no AC. This didn’t seem like a huge deal-breaker when I decided to rent it, as it rarely gets super hot in the mountains and usually cools off at night. The house also had lots of ceiling fans and floor fans. However, we rented in late June, with long days and hot sun. And as bad luck would have it, It just happened to be a week where temps reached high 80-90s everyday. The house faces southwest and there are lots of windows but ZERO shades, windows blinds etc. The sun exposure is intense — I’m sure it is wonderful in the fall and winter months and the views are beautiful. But in June, even with all windows open and fans on high, temps on the main floor reached over 85 degrees every afternoon and temps remained well over 75 til after midnight even with fans on. — way too hot to sleep. The kitchen was unbearably hot at dinner time, making dinner prep very unpleasant. The 3rd floor loft bedroom was so hot, we couldn’t use it — my daughter ended up bunking in with her brother on the ground floor. (Thankfully we’re only 5 people and didn’t need all the bedrooms.) I don’t want to overstate the issue. We would definitely rent this house again (we really did love it) but I would not rent in June or July unless you can tolerate a lot of heat inside the house. Next time, I’d opt for late August or September and pray for cool weather and a mix of sun and clouds. Shades on southern facing windows would go a long way towards keeping inside temps bearable.
