“Location is fantastic and the host is responsive, even arranged an early check in at the last minute. The house itself is a gem; great neighborhood and space within. However, I had to give a low rating for two reasons: Cleanliness issues and the generally run down condition/deferred maintenance inside. “Wonderful location with an amazing view of the river and meadow. House was spotless and we had everything we needed. Comfy beds, blankets and pillows; all the kitchen utensils and cookware we needed; and just all around very welcoming. Perfect Tahoe getaway and would definitely stay again in a heartbeat! ”
