POOL home near BEACH with entertainment for all!

Beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath pool house oasis close to the beach and all major attractions in Jacksonville. Lots of entertainment available on the property to keep the family having fun and making amazing, unforgettable memories without having to leave the comfort of the home. Relax by the pool, take a quick drive to the ocean, or go on a shopping spree whatever you are interested in will be within your reach. There are luxury brand mattresses in each room for you to rest in.

The space
The home has two bedrooms:
-Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, with a view to the pool and outdoor patio.
-Bedroom 2 has a full size bed.
-Full size futon in living space. Extra air mattresses or kid’s bed available upon request.
Kitchen is equipped with all utilities needed to prepare meals. Dining seating available for up to 4 people.
You will have a private attached patio with outdoor furniture to relax, just steps away from the pool.
The guest pool house is detached and situated in my backyard.

Guest access
Besides a private covered outdoor patio balcony, guests will have shared access to: the pool, another outdoor patio pergola equipped with hammocks to swing away and relax by the pool, a bbq grill, game tables (billiards, foosball and hockey), and a 12 ft. trampoline with a safety net (350 lbs weight capacity). All guests aged 17 and under must be accompanied and supervised when using the home amenities. Pool is gated with a 4 ft. tall safety fence, but adults must be present when kids are out enjoying the area, as an added safety precaution. The host lives onsite and the pool and outdoor spaces including driveway will be shared with host.

Other things to note
The pool house is located in the backyard of the main house. When you pull up to address you will enter through side gate and you will come across the pool and shared patio. In the background you will find the lovely sophisticated pool house with a private covered patio with furniture and amazing views to the pool. Note this listing is for pool house NOT the main house.
