âJust spent a day here but must say it was fantastic, from a super smooth and quick checking in to an even quicker checkout which is important as most people stay here only for 1 night so there is a big amount of people checking in & out.
We stayed in Jaipur ITC RAJPUTANA which has a ranking of 4.8 and then moved here with ranking of 4.2 so we didn't have very high hopes as we were not so satisfied with Jaipur's hotel, giving it a 3.5* maximum, but what a big surprise that Agra Mughal ITC was...

âHotel Taj Resort is absolutely the best choice in Agra! Very near Taj Mahal on a quiet street with very few cars. The staff is very friendly and helpful, food is very good on the wonderful rooftop restaurant where there is live music as well as swimmingpool and view of Taj Mahal. A big plus for showing marblework done by craftsman and the huge handicraft shop on site as well as a lovely puppet show. The guide for Taj mahal, Agra fort, carpetfactory etc was excellent!â
âWhen we got our room there were no towels in the room. The bedsheet looked dirty. They had red stains. I requested them to change it. The new ones didnt look so clean either but were better than the first one.
When we were checking out they said we ordered breakfast so we have to pay extra when we did not order anything. Although till the end they found out that we actually didnt order anything. But the management should be good at their job.

"This hotel is overall very nice â I wouldnât give it five stars, but the value for the price (around $80/night) is solid. The breakfast was one of the best Iâve ever had, and the room was spacious and clean. Iâve traveled extensively around the world and especially in recent years, and I appreciate when things are done well â and some things here really were.
However, the check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk clerk was aggressively pushing a dinner package on us, despite us clearly being in a hurry to go sightseeing in Agra. It was pushy and uncomfortable â not how a welcome should feel.
Later, we decided to try the head massage in the spa, and that turned out to be a big mistake. It was by far the worst spa experience Iâve had. I had to ask the therapist six times to stop hurting me. My daughter also had to tell her therapist to be gentler. Mine was outright rude and ended the session early. While they waived the fee, I was visibly upset â and in Europe, or even in many parts of Asia, this situation wouldâve been handled much more seriously.
Service matters. A beautiful hotel and good food can't make up for experiences that leave you feeling disrespected or hurt."

Inte nÀr det gÀller trÀdgÄrdarna för de var fantastiska. Vi började dÄ lÀsa recensionerna och började förstÄ att vi inte var de enda som blivit besvikna utifrÄn vÄr faktiska upplevelse. Tydligen sÄ har det detta hotell varit en riktig pÀrla en gÄng i tiden. Kan faktiskt bli det igen men underhÄllskostnaden Àr nog enorm. Servicepersonalen behöver nog bÄde en och flera kurser i service. Det var nÀstan komiskt. "
