Loved our stay here. The spa was a real highlight, stunning mountain views and such a calm, luxurious atmosphere. A perfect place to unwind and switch off. We’d happily return.

The hotel could not find the payment from Hotels.com and then the receptionist was very rude and insisted on that it was my problem that they could not see that the room was prepaid.
