“This location was once a Dutch company insurance/finance building. The hotel wing in recent construction build with the opulence of a Dutch colonial hotel. Closely resembles, and reminds us of the Singapore Raffles at the height of popularity...only smaller, with impeccably detailed service. The breakfast menu covers western and continental tastes, but excells with delights from Indonesia. Outstanding. Lunch and dinner menus ore more limited, but ample for those retreating. “Was here for the second time on business travel. I stayed for 4 night and had a great time! Everything is working so smoothly and the staff extremely service minded and friendly. I had a massage and used the spa and it was all great. Gym is great too. Cleaning staff is nice and even polished my shoes. Pool area is beautiful. They also have a nightclub where you can enjoy some nice drinks and live music. Downside is that smoking is allowed. I can highly recommend Shangri-La and will for sure come...
