“i was going to give this hotel 5 stars first. The rooms were nice, the dinner was ok, But i changed it upon leaving. While checking out, i ordered a taxi from the app, i was out and waiting for the taxi, as soon as the taxi arrived, we left, they made the taxi driver pay toll fees for entering the hotel, which i paid then, i went to the hotel and tried to explain that's not ok, i got a sorry mister and that's it, when 5 star hotels get greedy for small fees, it's a big 0 star of 5. “Mandarin is always mandarin, the staff climbes mountains to keep you satisfied. Wonderful rooms. Little disappointed in the spa area, if you compare it to the Mandarin in Miami or NY. But overall 5 stars all the way.”
