“Väldigt bra service av kvinnan som stod i receptionen. Under vistelsen i USA bodde vi även på flera dyrare hotel med mycket sämre service och samma nivå på rum. Det här hotellet hade allt vi behövde och väldigt trevlig personal samt rent och daglig städning. Det fanns gratis parkering, gym och frukost. Man kan gå till centrum men vet faktiskt inte om jag skulle göra det på kvällen/natten då det var lite skumma människor i närheten. Kände mig dock säker hela tiden. Åker jag tillbaka skulle jag...

“My favorite hotel for a staycation. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are always clean.”

“Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. “Only problem we had was upon arrival the drive up at entrance to the lobby was blocked by several bikers just hanging around. We waited for about 20 minutes for them to clear out.”

“Nice property but smelled of marijuana at reception and the hotel entrance. Bed was not comfortable and you can feel springs in mattress.”

“We had a great one night stay stay in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The service at breakfast and the front desk was exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. My husband who has traveled a lot and stayed at five star hotels for work over the years thought the service was at a five star hotel level. We can highly recommend.”
