“After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

“Didn’t feel safe. Beds were comfy, but the master bedroom sink was literally falling apart and did not work. The lights from the outside shine right into the rooms. “I always stay at this hotel when traveling out of Columbus airport”

“We had one night stay passing by Columbus. It is located in a quite safe area with many different hotels. I actually went to wrong hotel as my GPS had issues to find which hotel and me tired didn’t noticed the exact name 😅 The room was very big with full kitchen, even a dishwasher. Free parking with many spaces. Free wifi which worked well. Breakfast included and was pretty much same on these kind of hotels, it worked. Friendly staff. ”

“Checked in, walked up to the room door was open, n ot locked No ac in room. Toilet didn’t flush. Bathroom sink not draining. No AC and left with one small box fan. Temperature dropped as low as 79 degrees all night. The “ac unit” made extremely loud, aggressive rumbling, scratching noises all night long. Very unhappy. Very upset. So much money wasted and I couldn’t even get a decent, or even a night sleep. ”

“Pictures online are highly doctored, when you pull up it looks nothing like what is shown on the listing. Was probably once a great spot, everything is ALMOST really nice. Dirty and out dated. Price point was probably fair, we thought we were getting a deal, but when we got there we understood why it was priced where it was.”

“There was literal bedbugs in Expedia, and the plaza are refusing to refund on top of that there was blood stain and yellow stain mattresses. This is very unacceptable.”

“Do not stay here. Property was absolutely disgusting, there were piles of ash on my rooms floor, the entire floor was slightly sticky, and I booked a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. There were large flakes of caked dust hanging from the ceiling. Holes in the sheets and comforters that had obviously been cut out to hide cigarette burns, and multiple stains throughout the bedding as well. “They should have made it more clear that check in was on the 2nd level..breakfast options could have been better especially for the price”

“The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay.”
