“After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

“Very unfriendly staff, and you have to pay to leave your vehicle at the hotel. People slamming doors all night. Rooms are VERY small. Do not recommend. ”

“No hot tub, even though one was advertised on the website- it was why we picked this hotel. We were gaslit by property staff who told us they had never had a hot tub, even though there was still a sign staying that there was one by the pool and it was in the pictures of the property on Google. Pool was absolutely freezing to the point that we were in and out on five minutes. I brought it up to the support chat for the hotel and they were rude because we had booked through a third party site....

“We had one night stay passing by Columbus. It is located in a quite safe area with many different hotels. I actually went to wrong hotel as my GPS had issues to find which hotel and me tired didn’t noticed the exact name 😅 The room was very big with full kitchen, even a dishwasher. Free parking with many spaces. Free wifi which worked well. Breakfast included and was pretty much same on these kind of hotels, it worked. Friendly staff. ”

“AC in room didn't work, had it set to 60 and it never cooled down. Called the front desk at 7pm and they said they'd have an engineer check it while I was getting food, never got an update and it was hot all night ”

“Planned a 3 night stay. Woke up in the middle of the second night with bed bug bites all over me, and I saw an actual bed bug moving in the bed. Staff was kind and offered a different room. We searched 2 other rooms and found bed bug evidence in both. Finally, we found a room that appeared to be bed bug-free, but we were told we couldn't use the bathroom or sink in that room.
