“We had one night stay passing by Columbus. It is located in a quite safe area with many different hotels. I actually went to wrong hotel as my GPS had issues to find which hotel and me tired didn’t noticed the exact name 😅 The room was very big with full kitchen, even a dishwasher. Free parking with many spaces. Free wifi which worked well. Breakfast included and was pretty much same on these kind of hotels, it worked. Friendly staff. ”

“This was the worst Hilton we have ever stayed in. We didn’t get the room we booked three months prior- Expedia blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed Expedia. Our room was on the fourth floor, every window you could open fully and there weren’t any screens either! The bathroom tub was peeling in multiple spots so we couldn’t let our toddler take a bath. The drain would back up while you showered so you had water up to your ankles. Our bedroom door handle was broken. The ice maker in the kitchen...

“Convenient when flying out early they have a shuttle and you can call to book your room and do park n stay. It's 9.00 a day for parking but better than waiting and waiting in the airport parking lot . The room was clean I just think it's in need of some touch ups and repairs for a Hilton affiliated hotel. ”

“Nasty. The room they gave me didn't have a working tv and the room didn't have heat, so i decided not to stay. I wanted my money back. Some how they scammed me. They kept my money even though i didn't wanna stay at that hotel because of the non working tv and heat. Never book a room there. The service and staff are terrible ”

Then the negative: they promise a free round the clock shuttle service from the airport - this does not exist, they ask you to take a taxi at your own cost. The breakfast is a joke with styrofoam cups and plates and plastic utensils. There is nothing even remotely healthy or fresh available. You do get a lot of calories though if you want.
