“We had one night stay passing by Columbus. It is located in a quite safe area with many different hotels. I actually went to wrong hotel as my GPS had issues to find which hotel and me tired didn’t noticed the exact name 😅 The room was very big with full kitchen, even a dishwasher. Free parking with many spaces. Free wifi which worked well. Breakfast included and was pretty much same on these kind of hotels, it worked. Friendly staff. ”

“The staff was great. The room was nice until you walked in the bathroom and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The air conditioner barely worked. Definitely needs some updating. The breakfast was ok. Ive stayed at other holiday inns and Definitely had a much better experience then this location. But it did the job for what I needed it to do”

“The room was not clean. Looked like dog food kibble on the floor when we arrived. It was still there when we left. The “accessible bathroom was not accessible. You still had to climb over a high tub to get in and sit on a bench. Beds were never made and I had to ask for clean towels. They did not bring wash clothes so I had to go downstairs to get some.”

“The apartment was just as pictured and truly lovely. Loved all the brick! Very well laid out floor plan. We would definitely stay here again! While the space itself was awesome, the most impressive thing was the communication with the Jungle House staff. Immediately responsive to questions and concerns. The day we checked in was record level hot at 98 degrees. The air conditioner understandably struggled and the staff had 2 air conditioner units to is within 30 minutes of checkin to provide...

“I've stayed at this property before because it's quiet, clean and has a good breakfast. I was disappointed this time when I arrived that the room I reserved was unavailable and I had to sleep on a pull out bed with no accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. While the manager was apologetic, it was disappointing to not get the room I paid for.”
