“Bexley B&B went above and beyond with our stay! Even when we had a snafu with our room code at 1am they answered the phone and helped us (we felt so bad calling at that hour). Staff were nice and friendly, the housekeeping was immaculate, and the property is right next to an excellent donut/coffee shop. We would definitely stay again!”

“I have stayed here many times but the place is starting to show its age. There were big stains on the sofa, the air conditioner did not properly cool the room, and the overall condition of the room was starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Lobby and Bar area are fine.”

“We had one night stay passing by Columbus. It is located in a quite safe area with many different hotels. I actually went to wrong hotel as my GPS had issues to find which hotel and me tired didn’t noticed the exact name 😅 The room was very big with full kitchen, even a dishwasher. Free parking with many spaces. Free wifi which worked well. Breakfast included and was pretty much same on these kind of hotels, it worked. Friendly staff. ”

“The hotel offers a Park and Fly deal so the lot was a bit overcrowded. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was not included so we just got on the road.”

“Advertised coffee shop on-site. Completely shut down. Advertised rooftop area for outside relaxation. No such thing. Ice machines on two floors empty/not working. Other than that, the staff was nice.”

“Rent rum”

“I noticed immediately how dirty it was. Then as I was touring the apartment the shower was dirty and had paint peeling and 6 inch strips along with rusty metal lung to the bottom. I had bought $ worth of groceries for the week when I get back to the room the very next day from work, I realize the fridge was not cold enough to keep my food at a safe temperature. The milk I had just bought was already curdled. The cheese was limping melted, and I had to throw away all the food in the fridge. Then...

“I purchased a new Apple phone charger and housekeeping took it out of my room.”

“My room was clean and smelled great, and the bed was very comfortable. I did get to make use of the pool, though it was clean and inviting. I also didn't get to take advantage of breakfast just because I slept in too late, but this was well worth the value for the stay. clean, affordable, not a cheap motel feel. The light up vanity mirror in the room was a wonderful surprise too”

“Quick stay”

“Loved the location, everything is walkable. The B&B had their own small parking lot. Tracy, the proprietor, was super helpful, a lovely person and a great cook!”

“You get what you pay for. The room was clean but it was worn and showed the rough treatment of prior guests. The gentleman at the front desk was great. He just started his shift and it seemed like he was kind of dropped in with not a lot of explanation of what had been going on. The shuttle service didn’t fit my schedule so I handled getting to the airport on my own. Hey the AC was good though.”

“The prize was too expensive and not worthy. Not fridge in the room. The bath towel was not properly organized.”

“Better server at the restaurant. I was sitting at the restaurant I was waiting 20 minutes for service and I left.”
