Pensionat i Jerevan

“I stayed at Haya Guesthouse for my first night in Yerevan. I had a late arrival and they coordinated a pickup, and when my card wasn’t working at the airport they helped me figure out a solution to get my transportation squared away while I figured out the ATM situation. As a woman traveling alone it was extremely valuable to have such a safe and communicative crew making sure I arrived smoothly!”

“Thank you so much for accommodating me after 3am when my flight arrived.”

The room was basic, comfortable bed, a desk, no AC (the area is somewhat cold), but a fan was provided. You get basic toiletries but the...

“The property is pretty modern for the area. The hotel is relatively small, owned by a super kind famliy- they're very sweet and generous. The room is well equipped and clean, basic toiletries and towels are provided, and there's an AC, tv, mini fridge, and kettle. It also has a small balconey overlooking the garden. There are beehives and an api house. The place also has a gift shop where the family sells homemade stuff which include honey wine, soaps, candles, perfumes, and creams. The location...

“Super”

“They were not available to help my parents when they arrived at the property late night and didn’t open the door on them , even though i was informing them my parents are coming late night due to their flight schedule, after so many back and forth with Expedia and hotel directly, they accused us being dishonest and didn’t refund my money back! Worst customer service ever”
