“We had a wonderful time at this location that we actually booked an additional night. We had 4 adults so the three rooms fit us perfectly. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the place had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, cooking supplies and space for us all the spread out even on a rainy afternoon. We were able to crab and fish off the dock and we will definitely be booking again next year. ”

“Wow!!! Anthony’s place was even better than the photos! A lovely backyard with an outdoor shower for after the beach or a sweaty run. Lounge chairs, sofa, fire table, heater, and hot tub! And the inside was perfect. Enough room for two couples or a family, with private nooks for working or reading. Very comfortable furnishings and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you could want! We made breakfast one day and it was like being in my own home! We will definitely be back.”

“the location was nice in that you can see the water, the house is in need of updates. there was a stale smoke smell, paint cans in one of the bathrooms that were dangerous if a child got into them. the bedrooms were comfortable and served the group. The central air was barely working. There were no beach towels as the org listing stated when I booked. NIce coffee shop and breakfast in walking distance.”

“We’ve used VRBO many times before but were scammed this time. We arrived in advance of a wedding in OC, NJ with our family and our pet to find this place in a total state of construction with no floors, furniture all piled up in the hallway, unflushed toilet, etc etc. All the while, some wacko is communicating with me through VRBO’s messenger app guiding me to the key for the house and saying “they’ve never had a situation like this before”. Happy others seem to have had a decent experience but...

“Was only there for one night, but it was very neat and clean. The property was very easy to get to and get into. We actually walked to go to dinner because there was a little diner around the corner and it was beyond amazing. We saw the reviews for it and couldn’t believe how good the food was. We were in the area or a local cycling race, and the location for this house was perfect to go to Cape May. Thank you to the host for a reasonable price and the great accommodations”
