My dåligt Hotel, dåligt service, kallt vatten och kunde inte duscha, vatten lakage från taket, kallt i rummet, 15 grader osv, aldrig kommer att rekommendera detta Hotel för någon, dåligt med frukost, bara vitt bröd och dåligt ost som kallas continantal breakfast

Trevligt hotell med avspänd stämning
Ett mycket trevligt hotell i Östra Jerusalem, mitt emot historiska American Colony och med gångavstånd till Gamla staden och busstationer för utflykter till andra städer. Mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Avspänd stämning. Frukosten är mycket enkel. Men, vi hade kylskåp och handlade själva vilket fungerade utmärkt. Kaffet hämtade upp till rummet. Jag kommer absolut att välja det här hotellet igen, om jag får tillfälle att komma tillbaka till Jerusalem.

We booked a deluxe room with a hot tub but ended up with a small damped. You can not trust that you will get that room, that you have actually booked. (The first room that we got was even worse). The carpet wasn’t clean and the shower curtain was full with mold. The hotel breakfast was very basic compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Jerusalem. Unfortunately, we had already prepaid for our room, so we couldn’t get a refund, otherwise we would have changed hotel.

Hotellets läge är perfekt. Sängarna bra. Frukosten (kontinental) urusel! Två enkla brödrostar varav en trasig. Kaffe,té, saft (i stället för juice) serverades i pappersmuggar. Plastskedar och smörknivar. Bara genom att använda porslin och riktiga bestick skulle hotellet ge ett bättre intryck. Wi-Fi- gfungerade dåligt i rummen. A.M.

Personalen var vänlig och serviceminded. Hotellet var väl värt sitt pris lika så rummet (svit). Jag kan inte säga mycket om läget eller närområdet, vi åkte mest taxi. Men det kanske är värt att kolla upp.

Enligt beskrivningen skulle det finnas kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare och t.o.m. morgonrockar. Inget av detta fanns i vårt nedgångna rum. Den enkla frukosten serverades först 7.30

Sömn depravation.
När jag anlände till hotellet mottogs jag av en ohövlig receptions manager men de andra anställda var mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Dessvärre, det största problemet inträffades när jag kom tillbaka till hotellet(för jag kunde inte hitta nåt annat hotell).från min vistelse i Eilat den 23 april.Tre nätter fom 23 april tom 26 april kunde inte jag sova på nätterna pga störning. Hotellet var bebott av ungdomar som deltagit i fotbollsturnering.De skrek, sprang omkring och slog dörrarna igen med smäll nästa hela natten varje natt i tre dagar. Personalen kunde inte göra något. Jag fick betala priset genom att avstå från några av mina aktiviteter för att sova eller vila på dagarna i några timmar för att kunna orka överhuvudtaget. Jag begärde för kompensation men fick ett svar att skriva till tripadvisor.

Allt verkade bra tills vi skulle checka ut. I receptionen frågade de: Har ni tagit något från baren. Eftersom vi bara öppnat dörren och sett att det fanns en, svarade vi nej. Men man skickade upp en kille att kolla, han kom ner och sa: Det fattas en flaska och en frukt. Vi stod på oss och hävdade att vi inte rört baren, varpå de svarade "Ok, om ni säger det så... Det kändes trist att inte vara betrodd.

Tvårummare nära damaskusporten
Något slitet palestinskt hotell, bra läge mitt emot american colony hotel för billig peng. Ok frukostbuffé, men inte mer. Udda med ett saferoom, ett av rummen har ståldörr och plåt att sätta för fönster som skydd för granatsplitter. Men det hat varit lugnt sedan 2008. Två kvarter till spårvagnshållplats, lätt att gå till gamla stan och oljeberoende. Takrestaurangen på hotell Legacy uppför Nablus rd kan rekommenderas!

Priceworthy
It is a very nice hotel with nice staff but it is not four stars. It was fresh and in good condition but it is lika they are still making the final fixes. Out room did not have a courtain and the room phone was missing. But we got a deal on half price which made it all very priceworthy compared with other hotels in the area. I am staying there again in two weeks.

We love the property even though it has aged a little. Closer to the light rail station, bus stops and little eateries which are only a few minutes from the hotel. Very clean room which are serviced daily. Air con working great. Naif is an asset to the hotel. Very friendly guy who looked after us so well during our entire stay. Very attentive and switched on. Thank you Addar hotel for looking after us so well in this difficult time. God bless, Misi & Sai (Rm 25).

The hotel itself is old and could definitely benefit from an upgrade, however it was clean. The staff certainly were very hospitable and did everything to ensure our stay was pleasant. Breakfast was great.

Hotel antigo, necessitando de renovação mas isso não diminuiu nossa hopedagem, pois fomos muito bem atendidos especialmente pelo Sr Abraham e o Naef que nos servia o café da manhã. Localização excelente, perto do Portão de Damasco e Tomb Garden. Café da manhã bom mas faltava frutas frescas. Quarto de bom tamanho e atendeu nossas expectativas. Adoramos.

크지않고 아담한 아랍 호텔입니다. 주변에 큰 호텔에 피하면 초라하게 느껴질수 있지만 아담한 정원에서의 조식을 먹는 기분은 색다릅니다. 물론 조식은 식빵과 커피, 삶은 달걀 정도이지만.. 방은 비록 오래되고 낡았지만 방은 청결하고 잘 정돈되어 있으며 직원들이 친절합니다. 예루살렘 구시가지와 메아쉐아림을 걸어갈수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 가격대비 추천할수 있는 호텔입니다.

Needs an update on rooms. There are chipped paint, bathtub with cracks, doors with cracks, linen had stains. But overall still ok for the price paid as it was clean.

The room dirty Their treatment is terrible and they are not friendly. Breakfast is only 3 courses. The entire place is dirty. I have never seen anything ugly like this hotel in my life. The air conditioner is annoying and does not work properly. The electricity was disconnected 5 times. I can't give this hotel even half a star

Thank you so much for your review. We asked us to change your room because the A/C sound was annoying, so we changed your room, and you were ok with it. You asked us to find a place to park your car for free, and we directed you. Our car park is not free. the power cut, which happened this morning a few times. The problem was outside the hotel. It is from the electric company. And for breakfast, we provide far more than three courses. Thank you for your review.

I would have to say the team have been amazing we have spent 8 nights at the Hotel, it's a 3 Star Hotel, please don't turn up thinking you are checking into a 5 star Hotel if you have booked then you will understand its a 3 Star, when you see things around you, you will know how luck you are to check into a safe place and know they look after you very well, Honest for where it is and how easy it is to get around 10 mins to the old city, it's the cheapest in the area and with breakfast, we are so happy with everything and the effort staff made each day to make us feel like part of the Hotel Addar Family, Naif that serves breakfast every day is one of the hardest workers I have seen and gave us great help and advice each day, he remember each day what we liked and would get breakfast ready and always take time to chat, what a great host he made our stay so much better. At night we went down and spent time in the garden and had tea and coffee with other guests nice way to unwind from a busy day, From management to the reception staff we couldn't ask for better. The hotel rooms are old but to be honest the beds, towels etc. was always clean and changed when we wanted, be nice and the staff will help with whatever you want or need, nothing is a problem. I feel luck to have spent my 8 days with Hotel Addar. I read the other views on hear and some I think is unfair, I walk away feeling grateful and for all they do! Keep up the great work team and the amazing customer service.James x

Staff kept opening my door 3 times on 2 days
Everything was fine except the staff literary opened my locked hotel door 3 times in 2 days, this is not acceptable, you knock and you ask plus there is no purpose in literary opening door just to see “if you are there” as it was during late or very early times hours before check out, what’s going on? It made me feel very insecure about leaving my valuables unattended with this type of behavior. The staff is not helpful either, you are just one more customer they won’t care or see again. I’ve read the hotel was old and basically forgotten but I’ve booked due to proximity to the old city and because I wanted to stay in an old style hotel that was built at least 100 years ago.

No maintenance at all. The safe was out of order, refridgerator frozen, no gym, no restaurant, no bar, breakfast very poor and so on. Even when asked not anything fixed. Staff friendly otherwise.

The hotel was great. The most valuable part of it is Abraham the greeter, desk clerk and the back bone of the whole operation. He offered his service at our whim and was extremely helpful with out requests. The breakfast was very good, our room was excellent and overall our stay was perfect.

It's an oldie but goodie
The hotel is old but what made it to be a good hotel was it's staff. We booked 2 rooms and the man at the reception let us check in early in both rooms when we arrived from the airport early in the morning.The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but it showed it's age. Breakfast was standard continental but what made it stand out was Ahmad because he was extremely helpful during our stay. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Damascus gate.
