“Check in was easy! It was nice having 2 1/2 baths with 5 people. We really enjoyed the property and the location. The drive to attractions wasn’t bad at all. Our children enjoyed the community pool and seeing all the deer! We loved that it was a gated community. Definitely would stay here again.”

“The home was very nice. As described in the listing. The driveway is quite rough but not a deterrent. The yard is well kept. The home is very spacious. At night it is very dark (my 5 year old is afraid of the dark but she did fine). The only problem I had was the beds are very firm. The home owner does have squishy mattress covers that were helpful! Communication was great everything labeled and notes posted to help with any questions!”

“Lovely quiet property away from the bustle but easily accessible to downtown. Comfortable mattresses and everything was nicely set up. Host was easily reachable. I recommend this property!”

“It’s about 15 minutes away from Central Avenue and just about anything you could want is off of Central Avenue. Very quite very pretty! sitting in the living room you have a great view of the section of the lake.”

“This felt like a vacation home, instead of a rental property. The house was very well stocked with little extras that showed the owner uses this house too. For example, binoculars(4 pair), kayaks, life jackets, reference books for local wildlife and insects, plenty of extra household supplies on hand(toilet paper, towels, pillows, etc.) Great place to stay.”

“Wonderful property for our couples getaway and they even thought of our doggies and left treats for our pets. Great place to stay to enjoy Hot Springs for a few days. ”

“We rented this wonderful home to enjoy time at Lake Nimrod without have to tent camp or camper camp. Just minutes from the lake we enjoyed the convenience and comforts of home without missing out on the family fun camping. I traveled with my 17yr old daughter and 90 year old mother it was perfect with internet and tv for winding down in evenings. The host was so great and communicated so quickly and easily that I had no worries my entire stay. ”

“Seth was very responsive, the place was so comfortable and clean, and close to all of our favorite destinations in Hot Springs. I will definitely recommend this place. They provide nice cooking tools, bathing amenities and even a little bingo game. Overall, we are satisfied.”

“We could not have been more pleased with our stay. We only booked for 1 night because we were in town as a vendor for the CVMA Ralley, but we would have loved to stay longer. Extremely easy access, great communication, very accommodating, and absolutely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Plenty of showering products, bedding, kitchen ware... a super plus is EVERYTHING is updated. If you are looking for a place in Hot Springs, I HIGHLY recommend booking your stay here!”
