The trip was in preparation for our wedding & when we were not focused on our wedding we were dealing with constant communication with our host due to the none of the TVs functioning properly. We had our own means of enjoying entertainment which held us over, however, with the amount that you pay, you expect all features to function properly prior to checking in. The host did attempt to resolve the issue but we were already at the end of our trip....
