âPerfect place to stay if you are going to a game. T-Mobile, Lumen Field & the waterfront are all within walking distance. Our room was clean & comfortable. All the furnishing were new & the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Finally, the staff were all awesome - excellent service. We will definitely return to the Populus.â

âVery pleased with our stay at the Seattle Downtown AC Hotel. Staff is excellent and the manager quickly changed room for us when first room view looked at duct work and interior of building light well. No problems at all and would stay again.â
âThis property was centrally located but still away from the hustle and bustle. We had a great stay. Jess at the front desk is the best and the gentlemen that assisted us with valet were pretty awesome good too.
If you when a chance to order room service- pls do. We ordered their seafood risotto, fresh basked focaccia bread, lasagna and their mussels. We ordered both nights. It was that good! Would definitely stay there again!â

1st room had a plumbing issue and stains on the carpet.

Bath room small, underlit, no counter space, no exhaust fan. Room was so noisy was like no insulation. Sounded like a window was open even though it wasn't.
Missing a trim piece on a down light. I called for room to be cleaned one night and it did not happen.
