“Our stay here was truly one of the sweetest highlights of our anniversary trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The ladies were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need and made us feel right at home. 🥹💕 Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling too well when we first arrived after a very long 21+ hours of traveling. “Très acceuillant et adore les animaux. Le lieu était magnifique.”

“Awesome thank you. Lovely breakfast and beautiful views”

Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool...

“We had to cancel our stay due to unexpected reason. Although communicated ahead of time to inform the decision, we were charged the full price. It was a disappointing experience.”

“Noce staff, good breakfast!”

“It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad. No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere. The reception...

“This was a very cute stay, women owned, beautiful view.”

“The room was very small and apparently no window. To be precise, there was a closed window toward the reception.”
