“Det här är ett otroligt prisvärt alternativ. Vi bodde i ett traditionellt japanskt rum som var enkelt men fantastiskt vackert. Fräscha delade toaletter. Hotellet bjöd på skjuts till tågstationen, till aporna i parken Jigokudani och till onsen, japanskt bad. Bad på byns äldsta onsen, ett otroligt vackert och lyxigt bad i ett närliggande hotell ingick i priset liksom lån av kimono och skor. Personalen var exceptionellt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Man får otroligt mycket bonus för pengarna. Trevlig...

“Classic modern Japanese Inn with shared bathrooms and onsen, tatami rooms with Japanese bedding. No mens room on the 2nd floor. No staff, check-in and out automated. Basic facilities but all working order. Clean and Good location for exploring Yuzawa area, if you are comfortable with Japanese style travel.”

“It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. ”

“Amazing experience overall. This is your home away from home. Place is very spacious, has a lovely retro vibe that brings you back to the 80’s. “Location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the station and chair lift. Kitchen staff is very thoughtful. I stayed for 3 nights, although all 3 nights were hot pot for dinner with the same ingredients, the soup base was different for every night. Staff are super friendly, making you feel welcome. The only issue I had was on the first night when there kids staying and they ran around the whole lodge making all sort of noise until late.”

“The hotel and staff are fine. My issue was with our particular room. It had a nice modern kitchen, with walls that were red brick, two different odd wall paper, and a beach mural. The ceiling was green with pink trim. The two twin beds were mismatched in style and height. The couches and bedding sheets were dirty with stains. As I look through their advertised rooms, I don’t see pictures of our particular room.”

Amazing spa and very clean!
"Very clean and seemed well taken care of. The spa was amazing!! Much better than any of the pictures show, even had Dyson hairdryers and good quality hair and body products :) The room was small but very clean. Overall value for your money is 10/10. The only two things I can comment on are that I wished the restaurant would have been open for breakfast and that we would have gotten better info about the cleaning. We stayed for three days and it didn't get cleaned once, probably because we had to ask for it which we didn't realize. Except for those two things, our stay was lovely and I would recommend :) "
