“The first thing upon entering the room was a personalized welcome displayed on the TV screen...nice touch. Room was super clean, breakfast absolutely amazing, and when you exited the room into the hallway, there was always soft music playing over the built-in speaker system. I just felt it gave a nice sense of elegance ans sophistication”

“I requested non-smoking but it clearly had been smoked in. The room smelled terrible. The bed linen looked used and dirty luckily I travel with my own blankets. The floors looked like they don’t get mopped regularly. The bathroom counter was dirty and had tobacco sprinkled around the sink. There were people walking around the parking lot and hanging around the entrance late at night when I checked in at midnight. It was noisy, I heard people yelling. It appeared people live there. “This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“This place was well worth the money. It was quiet, clean, very friendly and the breakfast was above average. The location worked out well too, we felt very safe and there's a few places within walking distance but several more with a short drive. We stayed here to send our child to the Navy and it was about a 5 minute drive to MEPs.”

“This stay was a total surprise as the hotel was a gem. Great location and rooms and everything worked. The best part of the stay were the staff who were so focused on first class customer service. From the time of check-in to check-out we could not have asked for more. The welcome and conversation were warm and genuine and when we mentioned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary to receive a bottle of wine unexpectedly was just the best. “Nice room. Property was new. Very clean. Nice amenities, but no microwave in room. Great size TV (had Netflix). Bathroom was great. Nice shower, great water pressure, blue tooth mirror, but no grab bars. Close to airport. Airport shuttle is an Uber (fyi). Pet peeve, no luggage stands.”

“Watch out for the shower. Door opens in and to turn on you have to be in the shower. A very poor set up! Otherwise the room is great!!”
