“Good”

“We had a great stay here. Location was great, easy to get to and from. The breakfast was great. There was a large variety of foods to choose from. The only downfall was Saturday morning the water for my shower wasn’t hot. My husband had hot water though. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Rooms did not have kleenex, hair dryer. Needs alot of updates. Had to switch rooms. First one was smelly and very dirty. Bedding had stains and rips in the bedspread. Not impressed.”

“Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account.”

“This was by far one of the cleanest hotels my family and I have stayed at. The only downfall was parking. We checked in late around 9:30 pm and we were lucky to find a parking spot. However there is still parking on the road in the entrance and they don’t charge for parking, so this was really no issue.”

“It was great but things closed early”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Great place to stay. Close to the airport, happy hour and onsite restaurant is always a plus. The room was so spacious, with comfortable bedding. Would stay again.”

“The property is doing a lot of upgrades and we were very impressed. The outdoor terrace and pool area are stunning and a wonderful place to just hang out and relax. The rooms were clean and had been updated with a modern look. They are definitely making big changes as one area outside was completely under construction - looks like they are expanding their outdoor area. The location is right on a path along the river - we loved meeting up with family newly transplanted to Spokane and meandering...

“Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and great place to stay! You gotta visit the gothic style cathedral just next door to the hotel. Would stay again.”

“Had a great stay here. Staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. Sad there was a tiny pool that was warm but no hot tub. Aside from that, no complaints here!!”
