“The first thing upon entering the room was a personalized welcome displayed on the TV screen...nice touch. Room was super clean, breakfast absolutely amazing, and when you exited the room into the hallway, there was always soft music playing over the built-in speaker system. I just felt it gave a nice sense of elegance ans sophistication”

“The staff are unprofessional and never answer the phone. Zero amenities. No hair dryer, no coffee pot, no microwave.shower curtain stained, sheets stained. Homeless drug user sleeping in parking lot. Lots of local people reside at this hotel.”

“I requested non-smoking but it clearly had been smoked in. The room smelled terrible. The bed linen looked used and dirty luckily I travel with my own blankets. The floors looked like they don’t get mopped regularly. The bathroom counter was dirty and had tobacco sprinkled around the sink. There were people walking around the parking lot and hanging around the entrance late at night when I checked in at midnight. It was noisy, I heard people yelling. It appeared people live there. “This place was well worth the money. It was quiet, clean, very friendly and the breakfast was above average. The location worked out well too, we felt very safe and there's a few places within walking distance but several more with a short drive. We stayed here to send our child to the Navy and it was about a 5 minute drive to MEPs.”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“I contacted hotel several hours early and then scheduled shuttle on arrival at 1130 pm. It didn't come as scheduled and after three calls got a ride at 1239.TOTALLY unacceptable to leave a 63 y/o woman alone at the airport in the middle of the night! The ride was only 4 minutes. Every other hotel shuttle came and left. I won't stay here again.”

“This stay was a total surprise as the hotel was a gem. Great location and rooms and everything worked. The best part of the stay were the staff who were so focused on first class customer service. From the time of check-in to check-out we could not have asked for more. The welcome and conversation were warm and genuine and when we mentioned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary to receive a bottle of wine unexpectedly was just the best. Can't speak highly enough of this property. Well...

“The room was ADORABLE. It was so cute and comfortable. It was so quiet even though it was fully booked. The staff was lovely and so helpful. The building is great. Though Parking is around the corner it’s easy to get to and easy to access. We will return FOR SURE. Highly recommend. ”
