“The staff is fantastic. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The only drawback I had was that my Jag was parked outside for three days of inclement weather. If you’ve got a great car, you might want to request the fee. Keep it in the parking garage for you. ”

“The staff was exceptional. Went above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable. Rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. However, Breakfast on the weekend was better than the weekday but I would highly recommend and I will definitely come back!”

“Location is good. Rooms are big. Shower is fantastic and the products too. Blackout curtains very good. However for the number of stars the hotel have it’s a bit of a disappointment. Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, renovated, and modern. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed being able to use amenities at the neighboring attached property as well. The location was excellent and was walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and museums. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. ”

“Very friendly staff and nice rooms! My only complaint was the parking. We paid for parking and when we came back from dinner there wasn't a single parking spot left. I don't understand how they can charge guests for more parking spots than they even have available? We were able to park after a staff member assisted us, but it was along the wall in the parking garage and not a designated parking spot. ”

“Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad. Additionally, the desk was unattended most evenings with easy access to the building, the food permit...
