Pensionat i Johnson City

“The hotel is beautiful inside. The rooms are very spacious and so comfortable. Everything feels very new and clean. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Overall it was such an excellent experience!”

“Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! This was Sunday, November 1 and someone needs to update the...

“We found a man heaped over in the hall and told the staff but they didn’t seem interested Hotel smelled bad in hall and room Avoid this hotel”

“The one bedroom suite felt like a home away from home!!!!! Thanks!”

“The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However the Expedia amenities included in the search was not actually included. The breakfast that was said to be included was not. It did not actually have a hot tub as stated in the Expedia search parameters.”

I straightened our beds but usually, housekeeping would do it to their standards. Hair in the shower upon check in. Right after check-in, it...

“The staff is very helpful”

The location is great, with quick access to downtown—very convenient if you want to be in the heart of things. That said, there are a few things to be aware of: there is no designated parking for the unit. It’s street parking only, and because it’s limited, we sometimes had to park a block or more away. The trains run all night and blow their horns as...

“We had a great stay! The cabin was very clean, exactly as described, and well maintained. The host was always available and responded promptly whenever we had a question. Check-in and check-out were easy, and we had no complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.”
