“The house was perfect for our 5 day stay. Andrea was very prompt with any questions we had. Very clean, organized, and even my littles had a great time! There is a family that lives upstairs, but they kept to themselves and were quiet! I would rent again in the future! Thanks for everything! ”

“Gary was a truly gracious host. The house is beautiful and very clean. There are so many amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable including the upgrades to the bathrooms. The pool was perfect to cool down after the heat wave that hit and the hot tub was amazing as well. The kitchen has everything anyone would need to make meals while enjoying your stay. “I have stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this by far was the best one I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with plenty of coffee, creamer, fresh eggs, popcorn and a kitchen full of staples. Anything you would need for your stay was in the home. The home is comfortable and very well kept. The owner is right next door and the most pleasant person you will ever meet. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again. If visiting Massachusetts I highly recommend this VRBO. You will not be disappointed....

“Nice view of the river. I arrived at night and was a little disappointed I could not really see the river however the river is just not lit up very well in this area. In the morning it was beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony looking over the courtyard at the river. Would stay again if ever in the area again.”

“It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. ”

“We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep.”

“The staff was great, the property not so much. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, and the bathroom sink had no stopper to allow filling the sink to shave. The listing did not have the address or phone number for the property nor did it include directions to get there .”
