"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but we would especially like to recognize Junior for his outstanding service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind, always making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Junior went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience. His professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help made a real difference. Employees like Junior are a true asset to any hotel. We sincerely hope the management recognizes his excellent work. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"

"I am satisfied with almost everything, clean room, convienent place of the hotel, etc. But I have not given the top poist (five stars) because of 1, parking fee is seperately paid (maybe because it was a different company running the parking), so every time I drove back to the hotel I had to pay again. I wish that parking fee can be included in the my hotel bill, althougn the hotel may have to deal with another company, 2, the same thing with the breakfust restaurant (seperately paid with another company), and the food was too simple, and not so good."
