“The “cottage” was definitely not as advertised. It was rated well, which is very deceiving. It was dirty, dilapidated and the shower was something out of a horror movie. Mold had taken over. Expedia and VRBO should take a good hard look at how they vet their listed properties. But that was the good part. Approximately 11 pm, there was a knock at the front door. There were 3 gangbangers standing there expecting us to let them in. I yelled “occupied” out the door, they mumbled something and left....

“It was amazing all around. Fully stocked with everything we could need. Beautiful place. It is one of those places that when you are pulling up, you start doubting whether you are at the right place or not. Filled to the brim with details and so unique. We are already planning our next stay. The only downside was we did not get to stay longer this time! Very clean or course. Just beautiful in every way.”

“Excellent secluded home in the heart of the wine country. We love having the wood stove inside during the winter when we stayed. Home was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for our weekend stay. We will be booking again in the spring or summer to bring the kids to explore the woods and the connecting Shawnee national forest property. Close to wineries and restaurants in the area as well as hiking trails. Loved it!!! Thank you!!!”
