“We wanted to get out of the city for the weekend and this was a great spot for it. Nice views and very remote yet close enough to Carbondale that we didn’t feel like it was a big distance to hang out in town and pick up some grocery items. Had a great time kayaking on the on-site pond. Also very close to many nature trails including a 5-minute drive to Panther Den trailhead. Overall, I would definitely come back.”

“Clean, quiet cabin. Several cabins fairly close by on the property. A thicket of trees separates the property from a golf course and it is a couple of blocks from a highway, so not exactly secluded. That isn't necessarily a negative. I felt safe there and it was easy to find with the directions from the host It was a quiet environment and very pleasant to sit out on the deck which was shaded by a tree at Cabin 2. Unlike some of the other cabins, mine had only two steps up to the deck, so...
