“This property is one the best deals on lake Granbury. The house is clean, the view is great, the swimming is awesome and the privacy is perfect. Even if you're not boating, there is enough action on the lake to make you feel like you're part of things. The property is also a ten minute drive to the best parts of Granbury. We will be coming back to this Property as long as its available.”

All the amenities needed for our trip were there and all worked. The air conditioning did great in the Texas heat! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Fort Worth.”

“The property overall was very satisfactory. Just a couple of items that we noticed in need of attention. The A/C vent in the Master BR was loose from the ceiling and the hall bathroom toilet lid is in need of adjustment, as it would not stay in the upward position. I would suggest a WiFi Extender for the home, as the WiFi signal is very weak for the living room TV, to reduce buffering. Thank you very much for the use of your home.”

“The lake house certainly did not disappoint! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the lake front view with new renovations inside that make it great! We were told this side of the lake is a bit quieter, and I would say that is probably true. It is peaceful and enjoyable! The property is pretty close to downtown Lake Granbury with cute shops and nice wineries, etc. There are only a few small recommendations - keurig coffee maker but bring your own k-cups! Also, shampoo, conditioner and body wash...

“Overall great place based on location and space for our families. Could use a deep clean especially in the bathrooms and all the furniture/beds were very squeaky and not super comfortable. The owners were super responsive and helpful even though it was a super busy/hectic weekend with graduations and power outages from storms. Would stay here again.”
