All parts of the house are accessible except the garage. It is partitioned off as the owner has a wood shop. Guests will have access to the breaker panel and a door to access garbage cans outside.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Jupiter, FL. The property sits on a creek that provides access to the Loxahatchee River, the Intracoastal Waterway, the Jupiter Inlet & The Atlantic Ocean. Some of the best beaches in the country are less than 4 miles east.
