“Sakura cross hotel had exceeded our expectations even before we had gotten into our rooms. The staff was very friendly had helpful, and they were kind enough to put our luggage into our room for us. Going into the room, we were all surprised at how big it was as well as how unique the architecture was. The beds were very comfy, bathroom and shower were spotless, and there was tons of room for the many bags we had with us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Kayabacho and...

“Rent och fräscht centralt boende. Lite trångt familjerum, men det gick bra att förvara resväskorna i bagagerum. Bra att dusch och toalett fanns i separata rum - bra om man är flera. Frukost ok, saknade lite fler färskvaror. Hade önskat att det även fanns lightläsk i loungen.”

“Överlag ett bra hotell, sängen var lite hård, men de hade många olika modeller kuddar att välja på i lobbyn. Varje dag fick man ny handduk, vattenflaska och tandborste. Städning sker bara om man själv sätter en skylt på dörren innan kl.10 och städningen var okej, inte mer än så. Gratis dryck i lobbyn under eftermiddagen/kvällen. Frukosten åt jag inte av. Kodsystem för att öppna dörren. ”

“This is such a convenient hotel to stay at since it is right next to Tokyo Station. You are able to take a train straight to Narita Airport. The hotel is a bit pricy but because it’s a fancy hotel with great staff who go out of their way. The rooms themselves are also great and the view on either side is also wonderful. If you are on the garden view side, the only negative thing I can think of is that you will hear the train but it’s nothing you can’t ignore since it’s not too loud. I haven’t...

“Bra hotell, rent och fräscht och bra service. Frukostbuffén är ganska liten och knappast prisvärd. Läget är perfekt, nära Tokyo station. Men som vanligt i japanska hotell är det ont om plats att lägga/hänga saker, speciellt handdukarna.”

“The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the main station and we frequented the restaurants in the basement of the station which were very tasty, cheap and had a great selection of food. Also close to all attractions. ”

“Good location but limited space even though we booked a superior double room. They’re is a 7/11 on the first floor and the metro station is just across the street, both being very convenient. Overall a good hotel.”
