We wouldn’t call this place luxury. Towels, iron, futon are anged and need to be replaced. Visually looked clean until it was time to go to sleep. Futon had crumbs when we went to pullout. Floors felt dirty. More attention to detail is needed when cleaning. Check in requires someone to physically let you in and then a fob instead of a code for gate entry. Not easy when we have two vehicles. Bev was very kind. Puzzled that she asked after next guest was already checked in if we used the upstairs bed as it looked like no one used it. Eek! We did so, did the sheets not get washed!? It should always be assumed that beds have been used as some fix their beds when they wake up. We were contacted after checkout to see if washer worked, I guess that needs to be replaced as well. I don’t like having to share negative review but it’s only fair to upcoming guests to be aware.
