The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and flat-screen TV with a Roku player to access your personal streaming services. The portable AC and ceiling fan work together to provide comfortable conditions to get a good night`s sleep. We`ve recently added a pair of nightstands with bed-side lamps for your convenience.

Relax on the big comfortable couch after a long day on the beach. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV. Please note: the television in the living room has been replaced with a larger one since the pictures were taken. Temperature control in this room is done by way of the window unit AC and ceiling fan.

The unit is equipped with a private lanai with enough seating for 4. Enjoy a mai tai while you take in the tropical night air.

As a guest at Kailua Bay Resort, you`ll have access to the complex`s pool and barbecue facilities. The unit has one assigned parking stall.
