Communications with the host were excellent from the time we made the reservations to the day we checked out. The condo was beautiful and well supplied with essentials. The Kona Coast staff were very nice although we didn't have many interactions.

Kona Coast Resort

My husband and I had a nice week long stay. We have been coming to the Kona Coast Resort since 2014 and have stayed in various condos within the property. This particular condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked well and all the appliances seemed newer. I only gave 4 stars because the resort itself is aging and the price seemed a little high. Also, the quiet pool which is closest to the condo was being renovated which is great but we were never notified prior to our stay. Would have been nice to know.

The condo was well supplied with everything we needed including all the kitchen tools, shampoo and conditioner, beach chairs and towels. We stay at this resort every year and love having food and drinks available to purchase at the main pool.

Excellent vacation stay

The unit was spacious, clean and had a beautiful deck overlooking the golf course. The unit had everything you would need for a day at the beach. The property had great amenities including 2 pools, games, tennis etc. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice unit. Everything we needed and more Just a note about the garage door opener. Battery might be dead A bit too noisy / walking and closing doors when others were coming and going But hey, we’re we’re in Hawaii!!

60th Anniversary

The property was comfortable & convenient. The bedroom carpet needed to be cleaned. The management company was notified & responded immediately by having the carpet cleaned. They checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable . The location is very convenient with a grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and other businesses nearby. The resort has very nice amenities, pools, a spa & restaurant/bar onsite and an exercise room. The cable company updated the wiring while we we there but the internet/ tv pixilated during our entire visit. This made it difficult to watch tv. Many days we did not leave the property but enjoyed the amenities at the resort. Other than these two hiccups our stay was very pleasant.The staff are very friendly & helpful.

Great Stay

The property was excellent, clean, relaxing, and served for a great vacation. Note, the bathroom has a shower/tub combo with a large step to get in which may be difficult for some people.
