Alii Cove is a gated community walking distance to anything you need including Honl's beach, which is right across the street. This 2-story 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit comes with high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, Air Conditioning, and a loft that is set up as an office with a view of the ocean. The unit is fully stocked and comes with anything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The Alii Cove complex is located on prestigious Alii Drive and less than a mile from Kailua Pier, 10 minutes walk to Coconut Grove Marketplace with restaurants and shops.

This Alii Cove unit provides spectacular sunset views! This particular unit is a short walk to pool, hot tub, fitness center and BBQ, and has an ocean view from the main lanai and upper lanai.

It is nicely decorated in high end island style furnishings. It features two bedrooms, two full baths and a loft. There is a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, great room, guest bedroom and bath on the lower level.

Upstairs is a well-lit loft set up as a mini office with a beautiful partial ocean view and hide-a bed couch and 2 chairs to lounge around. High Speed Internet and Cable TV included. Beach chairs, beach cooler, various beach gears are stocked in the unit for your use.

The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is a short walk from Alii Cove. The Village is very quaint, with lots of charm and good shopping right along the water's edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau's, farmer's markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep-sea fishing
Just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge on the beach or by the pool!

Wonderful Stay

The unit was wonderful - very clean, in a very well kept and safe community, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. It has excellent internet connection for working, and the work area upstairs is nice to have. Our young children loved it. There were even games like Clue, Monopoly, Sorry, and a few pool toys, 4 beach chairs, boogie board, etc. From the loft, we could see cruise ships and parasailers. We ate dinners on the lanai, which was nice. The neighboring units were quiet. Communication with the owners is fast and easy. We would definitely stay again. To note, the unit has a/c. The renter has control over turning it on & off and to some degree, control of the temperature. The owner controls a preset program that has a minimum temperature that the a/c can be set to. For our stay, that was 76 degrees (we could not turn it down lower). But, that said, we were very comfortable and never found it necessary to contact them to ask if we could have it any cooler. It would not at all hinder us from staying again. Overall, a fantastic stay! I hope we have the opportunity to return.
